I had a great experience at Heritage Dental. The staff was friendly and Dr. Trooke was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend!!

“This place is the best!” OK, now the story. I had not seen a dentist in a long time. My mouth was wreck and I finally get some insurance, so I tried this place. My word, but I had the best dental experiences in my life. Daphne in the front office was personable and amazing and warned me when I hit the limits of my insurance. Debi was the best as she showed me a simple trick not to gag during X-Rays. Dr Tooke not only put up with my boisterous attitude, but answered every question about my dental health. One year later, and I am not ashamed of my mouth anymore; my gums are healing and my teeth are clean. Thank you, Heritage Dental, for all you have done making my mouth, and myself a healthier being. If I could give this place a sixth star, I would.

I got some fillings done by Dr. Marshall back in May. One filling was continually sensitive and I had to go back in to get the bite right. This didn't fix the problem and I had to go to a different dentist to get it redone. 4 months later and the second cavity he filled is sensitive to cold and I need to go back in to get it looked it. I don't recommend his dental work.

I’ve been served at Heritage Dental for a few years now, and feel compelled to review! Best dental experience to be found. Going to the dentist can be considered the worst part of one’s day - but it never feels that way at Heritage. They make it a positive experience. Well spoken, interesting staff. My primary is Dr. Kuhn, but I am sure the other partner is equally talented. Quick, professional quality, flexible team, fair pricing, highest recommendation.

Pushed me multiple times to "leave a good review" online. Did procedures i didnt ask for and was told it was covered by my insurance. Billed me a year after for nearly $400 and HOUNDED me for a payment. Will never reccomend or return. Would give 0 stars if it was possible!

After my experience today at Heritage Dental, it is clear to me that I have never before had truly good dental care. This was a revelation. If I'd always had the level of expertise, caring, listening, and taking me seriously that I was shown here, I would never have developed the dental phobia that has made the last fifteen years of life with my teeth into a battleground of horror. This was the first cleaning I have had in more than fifteen years that did not hit exposed and sensitive nerves in my teeth. It was the first cleaning I have had in more than fifteen years that didn't have me braced with fear the whole time. And it's pretty much the first time ever that a dentist has gone over my entire set of X-rays and explained not only what he saw, but general dental anatomy and other fun facts. And they accomplished this level of comfort and care *during a pandemic*, while coping graciously with the additional level of caution and protocols necessary for their safety and mine. Every single person I interacted with was sincere, present, caring, and professional. My only regret is that I didn't start going to this clinic years ago. Don't let the slightly funky older building fool you--this is state of the art care, provided by people who are phenomenal at what they do.

I chipped two teeth over a recent weekend and Dr. Tooke was able to see me almost immediately for a super fast, painless procedure that has left my teeth looking better than they did before the chips! Heritage was also the only office in town able to give me a ball park estimate over the phone which contributed to my choosing them. Everyone in the office was super kind, thoughtful, and sensitive to my lacking dental insurance. I'll be returning and will be sending my husband here as well! Thank you all!

I highly recommend Dr. Tooke and Heritage Dental. The staff is friendly, welcoming, professional & transparent. The quality of dental care by Dr. Tooke and his assistant Jackie. is excellent. I literally have zero complaints. They make the pain of dental work a lot less anxious from start to finish.

Quick and Easy

Best team ever. I know what I'm able to be talking about. This team is highly professional from front desk to how they get the job done. Bridgette at the desk is an angel. What I mean is that she will go to battle for you, protect you, fend and advocate. Doc Marshall is a pro and delicate. The end result has been such a pleasure to live with.

Dr. Tooke and his staff were amazing, kind, gentle and practiced the utmost safety when it came to my dental health. I would recommend them to everyone. I got an appointment quickly. I will be a life long patient!

Just found this office through my insurance. Needless to say, I am terrified to go to the dentist, as I’m sure many other people are. Dr. Tooke and his assistant Frankie were very kind and understanding of my fear and were actually able to make me laugh even though I was a blubbering mess. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the replacement of my broken filling. They also continued to ask how I was feeling throughout the whole process which only made me feel more comfortable. Even though things are a little different because of new regulations due to the Covid pandemic the office staff is very helpful and open to all questions. I’m relieved to have finally found an office I can start building trust with and bringing my family on board. Thanks guys!

I love this dental practice. They have high standards, empathy, and genuinely care about your teeth and your experience. I’ve been going here 11 years for those reasons. The folks at the front desk are so fun and friendly, and always remember you. Pricing is fair, they never try and sell me anything. I see Ellen the hygienist and she’s so great. My teeth look and feel amazing after each visit. Dr. Tooke rules. I remember him saying “I love this pair of forceps” (he has a favorite pair apparently) as he masterfully pulled my 4 wisdom teeth in under 20 minutes. That’s exactly the kind of deep focus, sense of immediacy, and skill I want from the person extracting bones from my jaw. Highly recommended.

My whole family goes here and we couldn’t love it more. Thanks to Dr. Tooke and his assistants for always making my visits so easy. I’ve had to have a lot of work done through the years and I can’t say one bad thing about any of those visits. Going to the dentist isn’t fun, but I never dreaded going thanks to this office. I recently had a change in work and my insurance doesn’t cover coming here anymore, but I still come here for cleanings and it’s worth paying out of pocket! They’re the best!

Dentist was on a fishing trip at time of my appointment! Didn’t bother getting someone to cover. Also a traveler hygienist cleaned my teeth the poorest I’ve ever had.

This isn't where I usually go but I needed work done and fast so I was referred here. They were amazing, from the front desk to the assistant and the Dr. All of them were so welcoming. The dental Assistant Frankie and Dr Tooke made me feel so comfortable. Being that I am not a fan of the dentist this was a really good visit. I will be continuing care here and would highly recommend them.

By far the best dentist office I have ever been to!!! Quick to get me in. They take great care of me and my teeth! And all the staff is amazing!!!

The ladies at the front desk are awesome, and have a great way of making you feel perfectly comfortable. I’m currently working with Dr. Tooke, and am hoping for the best about the changes I want to make with my smile. He seems dedicated and the reviews are good, so I’m looking forward to seeing how things turn out.
