Noelle, the dental hygienist in training I saw at my appointment, was excellent at her job, and very friendly. I got a full cleaning for the first time since 2013, and she was so thorough. The whole experience was very professional and detailed. One critique I have is there isn't much -- or any-- diversity in the dental program. There are white women as hygienists. I saw one white male dentist. The lack of diversity is reflected in the class photos spanning back to the eighties. Time to diversify, peeps! Get some people of color in your program, encourage women to become dentists too!

I had a cavity filling done yesterday and had severe pain after my novacaine wore off the assistant, which was kinda rude, said my tooth would be sore for about a week ,but this pain was worse than when I went in to have it fixed, I thought nothing of it and tried taking pills but they didn't help, so this morning when my tooth kept hurting I had my girlfriend check my filling and the dentist left a hole in my tooth near the edge of my filling, I do not recommend this place they are not very considerate and it takes them 3 months just to get you in.

Saw them back in January 2021. Took 1 1/2 months for cardiac clearance (cardiac has to give permission for treatment as some things can impact cardiac care). Got the call that it cleared 1 1/2 months later, got an appointment and then they called and canceled my appointment (March). I've been calling them every week because I also have a dental urgent problem needing addressed since MARCH and NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK. Do not recommend this place. As it was I had to bloody let them know I needed a cardiac waiver and they didn't know what the hell I was talking about until they asked the lead person on sight. Unprofessional place. You'd think they'd learn how to have proper customer service and call patients, know what cardiac care plans were.

Im still waiting on being seen. I was canceld on 2 times by them and they still havent called me back to rescedule yet. my teeth are bad. Aspen Dental is good (loved being there)but this place "Oregon Tech" is my dental insurance. Aspen directed me to come on over to my insurance to get what I could get fixed by my own dental insurance first so I did. God Bless
