Dr. Brown and her team are excellent! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. My entire family was able to get established as new patients within a few weeks, and we will never go elsewhere!

I came in for a cleaning and when it was done I had a bill around 700.00. My insurance company didn’t help. So be careful of want they do. I will never go back.

They wouldn't service me as a type 1 diabetic. The did however process me as an intake and take my money before telling me this. Huge fail.

Dentist has minimal bed side manners. If your teeth dont perfectly fall out themselves she wants to refer you out. Has little to no patience for children needing dental work seems like either. For these reasons I would give no stars if it would let me. Will not darken the doors of shasta family dental again!!!

Great service and expertise!

I didn't realize how unsatisfactory my old dentist was until I switched over to Shasta Family Dental. They made me feel safe and comfortable. They even explained my bill and broke it down for me so that I understood. Plus, they helped me come up with a payment plan. It is the little touches that stand out to make this place superior. I can tell how much they care. So keep this place in mind when you are looking for a good dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I just happen to be at Shasta Family Dental when a LADY came in with a mask. As patients we are not required to wear a mask unless we want to. When we are being worked on the Dr. and techs have masks on!! This lady apparently wears a mask, probably in the car also. When she came in I was the only one in the waiting rm. Its not right to judge because your insecure. Dr. Brown and staff do FOLLOW the guide lines To the Tee. Just because this lady has her guidelines don't try and make them ours!!!!

Mindy and her staff (my hygienist is Stacie) are awesome. They are easy to deal with and take time to answer questions. Got a same day appointment for an emergency crown. Love them!

This dental clinic does not adhere to COVID-19 public health safety precautions as of March 10, 2021. Neither staff nor patients were masked in the waiting room. I would have liked to have known their safety protocol before scheduling. I'll make the effort to call dentists ahead of time in the future to check that they abide by the health guidelines - I honestly hadn't considered this scenario.

10/10 would recommend. The staff and atmosphere at Shasta Family Dental are all above and beyond professional. From the front desk, to the chair, and back out the door, they treated me like family the whole way.

Shasta Family Dental has an amazing staff! From the moment you walk in you're greeting by two smiling faces and greeted by her exceptional staff. Dr. Brown made all of my appointments quick and easy! Highly recommended!

This place is a complete nightmare, they gave me a quote which was affordable for me then I paid it and a few weeks later I received a bill for another 500 so about 1000 for one flipper which it's been two years and it broke right of the mount I called them and they will fix it for another 350 NO WAY!!!! I will never recommend them to anyone unless you have money to throw away.

Absolutely rude. Was calling about out of pocket pricing and the receptionist was like “Do you need to make an appointment? If this is a survey, I really do not have time to go though one.” Before I could even finish reiterating my inquiry, she said “Okay, thank you,” and hung up. If this is the manner of their front staff, I’d hate to have serious work done there. Especially during a pandemic.

Stacie is an amazing hygienist who takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. Dr. Brown is just as compassionate and does not try to sell unnecessary services. I truly feel they have my best interest at heart.

Love this place. The people and staff were very friendly and polite and courteous. The dentist was very knowelagble and made feel comfortable and at ease. I very much recommend the place to everyone.
