I met Ashlee Trueb, for a cleaning appointment, She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Thank you to everyone for the friendly service. It is so nice that I was remembered and greeted by my name.

I like how they treat me. They are nice people. No much time waiting in the rooms by yourself. They know what they are doing.

Everyone here is great! They're so patient and they'll explain the procedures to you as they're doing them. Both hygienists I've met so far have been very personable.

I recieved a scaling treatment from DR.Quinby, he was very gentle and knowledgeable. He explained tartar and plaque and why your gums react the way they do to them. It was a great experience and treatment. Thank you DR. Quinby!

Hygienist Ashlee Trueb is amazing! She gave me the absolute best dental cleaning of my life, was super thorough, even testing with floss and then going back to re-scale slightly missed areas to make them perfect! (Sorry to over share). All while being gentle and informative. I now feel compelled to floss daily to keep up her good work, sigh. Highly recommend!

Class act! Gentle, thorough and knowledgeable staff that have a genuine love for what they do.

The doctors are great. My biggest issue is the billing. I started a payment plan to pay for my son's braces. I have been making payments, but during this time I have not received one statement showing me the remaining balance. For 5 months I have been calling in trying to find out how much I owe and how do I make extra payments. Not one person I have talked to has been able to help me. I have been put on hold for long periods at a time, I have been promised numerous times that I would get a call back, and was promised this would be taken care of. As of this date 5 months later there still has not been a resolution. There is no issue with taking my money though.

Excellent dental care, and wonderful staff. Everyone here is friendly and they do a great job getting you in & out, and on your way.

Don't make an appointment here unless you are okay with it being cancelled or changed on you the morning of. My husband and I had been going to this office for several years. More times than not, our appointment was changed or cancelled day of. When someone is sick I completely understand. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was the last straw. After they moved my original appointment from 2 months ago to this past Monday, I received an email at 7:28am the morning of my appointment informing me that they were pushing my 12:30pm appointment to 1pm. I get it, that's not a huge change. However, in this case, I had already rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment and would be rushing home after to make it to a virtual meeting for work. I work full-time and have a kiddo. It is not easy to change my schedule last minute. When I called to tell them I was unable to come to the later time they told me that the dentist had a meeting off site and would not be back in time to keep my original appointment. This office has made it very clear to me that they have no respect for me or my time and have no problem scheduling things the dentist deems more important, during my existing appointment. The fact that they sent me an email day of, not even a phone call is just infuriating. They clearly do not value their patients so we will go else where.

Loved my hygienist, Steven. He was so gentle and personable, as was Dr. Tuft! Minerva at the front desk was just as nice. Great dental group with all the latest equipment! Highly recommend them!

Had an absolutely great experience at Hilltop! I have avoided the dentist for years, but the staff here were very welcoming and friendly. Minerva and Mallely were the absolute best, they were thorough, well organized and answered all my small questions. Dr. Tutt and the hygienist Ashlee both helped me understood what I needed and gave a full explanation for all their recommendations, which I extremely appreciated. The treatment went smoothly and I didn’t feel rushed nor did they take forever. Overall it was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend it more. The front staff even had a pumpkin competition that they had invited patients to vote on! Very family friendly, and I am very glad I found them.

Staff is incompetent with scheduling and has either miss scheduled or rescheduled almost all of my appointments! it is beyond frustrating when you start to dread getting a phone call from your dental office!

Dr Tutt is just the best…THE actual BEST! He explains things so easy to understand and gives the options for treatment. He has a wonderful calming manner. He does impeccable work even with a complicated patient like me. His office staff and assistants are caring and helpful. I used to panic when going to the dentist, but no more. I have been going here several years. Would not go elsewhere. My daughter also sees him. He’s great with kids too.
