Hello, I feel it's important for all health care professionals to introduce themselves when meeting a new patient. The dental assistant just called my name and told me to follow her, no name introduction or her title. Then the worst part of my dental experience was waiting for 40 minutes alone on the dental chair waiting for the Dentist!!!

When I arrived at the office still had to fill out all the new patient paper work. They quickly helped me out getting it finished and then took me back for my exam.
