The staff at Hucrest has been absolutely wonderful to me and my family. In addition to getting us in for routine care, I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for an emergency visit. They squeezed me in today and even bumped up my scheduled time after a cancellation. I am just incredibly grateful for the kind and caring crew for understanding that it’s hard to do anything when you have severe tooth pain! A special thanks to Dr. White for being really great at what you do and fast. My emergency ended up being a quick reshape and polish and I was immediately feeling better. Thank you all!

I have taken my young adult disabled daughter to there office 3 times now. Nothing but amazing service from the moment we walk in till the moment we leave. We have to travel an hour and a half for her treatment. I am very impressed by how the entire staff treats her and myself. Been a patient here since 2011 with a break in between.Billing used to be great.I was told I had a 0 balance when I directly called to ask and had the means to pay.Months later was contacted with a $650+ bill.I started paying it in payments as I did not have the same means at that time.Had a few fillings and some tmj symptoms that were painful and despite the situation I had already been put in went in again for treatmeant.Was told a fitted mouthguard would be a $100 copay.I wasnt sure i would ever wear it or that it would help but i was assured the $100 copay was all I had to pay and $98 copay for the 2 small fillings.I tried to pay the $200 at time of service but was told I only owed $100.Paid off the original bill and now have another $600 tacked on to the "only $200 visit".When I call to question it I am met with severe additude from someone named Becky.Covid hasnt been the greatest time to deal with the added financial stress caused from this.

Dr Kobernick is amazing. I have went to at least 10 dentists that attempted to numb me and I never go numb no matter how many shots. I have had many dentists fire me over crying, or just my anxiety in general. I have had impacted wisdom teeth that have needed removed for years and years that caused me a lot of pain but needing surgically removed, I couldn't sit through it not numb. Dr kobernick was so fast I didnt even know. I only had 1, not all 4 removed as I had never had a tooth pulled let alone surgically and wanted to see how it went. He also followed up with me a week later because I was still having some pain. Once again the most caring dentist I have ever seen. I do not have a bad word to say about the man or his staff. When I go in to have the rest of my teeth fixed I wont be anywhere near as anxious he put my mind at so much ease.

Fresh out of school, bought this practice from a REAL dentist. Kobernick acted begrudgingly about me asking about my chart and what problems I should watch out for. Attempted to fill a cavity I had, did a terrible job. Transferred to a new dentist who after looking at it, said, "this guy threw gasoline on a fire" haven't had it fixed yet because it will cost me $350+ to fix. Don't help him pay off his fancy car!!
