We love Cochell Family Dentistry! About a year or so ago I was unhappy with the dental care my kids were getting from their previous dentist, so I chose to switch care and found Cochell Family Dentistry. Both of my kids now receive dental care from Christel Cochell. From day one my experience as a parent and my children's experience as the patients has been top- notch! She is the FIRST dentist my youngest one is comfortable and trusting of enough that she goes right on back on her own, without extreme anxiety or refusal and then comes out after her exam/work with a smile. She and her dental assistants are very welcoming, explain everything thoroughly and it is very obvious that she and the dental assistants are passionate about the care they give. She makes sure her patients are scheduled in a timely manner even down to routine cleanings and preventive exams. My kids have never had to wait over recommended times even for cleanings. Her dental practice is organized with great communication, this has made it stress and worry free for scheduling and coming in for appointments. Any concerns or questions I have had before an appointment she or an assistant has always been quick to respond. I am very happy with the choice I made to switch my kids dental care to her, I just wish I would have done it sooner! She and the assistants have done an outstanding job with both of my kids and we plan to continue dental care here long term.

Great service and quality work but more importantly, they’re honest. Hard to find a good dentist, but when you do, you stick with them. Also, great with kiddos!

As always, a great experience. The dental technician Elizabeth is awesome, always taking her time and very thorough. I never have a problem going to the dentist and almost look forward to it.

Always amazing! So gentle and kind! Even my kids don’t mind going to the dentist! Everyone that works there is so personable and genuine.

Going to the dentist is always a pleasant experience. My youngest daughter even looks forward to going because of the prize waiting for her at the end of her appointment. Everyone in the office is great with kids. They also take the time to show our kids how to brush, floss, and care for their teeth better. Our whole family has been going to Cochell since we moved to Salem and I recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The staff is super friendly. I was impressed with the way they are handling the current COVID-19 situation. They are definitely putting safety first. I love Dr. Cochell and I am so glad that I found this place. You can tell they really care about their patients.

I'm a new patient at Cochell. They got me in for an emergency appointment last-minute, and I could NOT be happier that it was them. Dr. Cochell is an absolute gem of a person, and does fantastic work.- very kind and CLEARLY knows what she's doing! April, the dental assistant for my appointments, might be one of my favorite dental employees I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. This is a great place, with warm, friendly people in a comfortable environment. Lots of dental procedures are unpleasant no matter what, and this team made sure I'll be coming back in the future for all my needs. Thank you all, so much, again.

This is my favorite dental office ever! I am one of those people who don't enjoy going to the dentist until I found Dr. Cochell and her team. They are kind, gentle and actually listen to their patients needs. The office is clean with private rooms for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
