This past Friday my wife had a filling come out and a tooth that seemed to be breaking apart. Facing the weekend, and greatly concerned, she called the office of her dentist, Doctor Hanson, but the day was completely booked. Despite no cancellations they still worked her in at the end of the day, caring for her situation. The entire staff went above and beyond; professional, caring, and kind. You cannot ask for better care.

Everyone who works here is nice but my experience with the crown they placed on my molar not so great. It failed after two years, and I had to pay them over $200 to have it cemented on again for it to fall off again in 3 weeks. The Zircon Crown actually broke a small hole in the center. They did offer to make this situation right by handing me an estimate for a brand new crown full price. I have never had a crown before and really babied this one and when I finally got over that, a year later, and started to use it, it failed swiftly and not within their “year” to replace. Susie Editing my review in response yes I was your patient and the crown was barely 2 years old. I will call the office to see about getting my refund minus the $90.

My visit was just perfect as always! I just love my hygienist! I just love everyone there!

Becca is a wonderful hygienist. She is gentle, kind, and efficient. The whole office is welcoming and very organized.

Hygienist was quick and capable. She noticed a trouble area and checked it, then had the DDS check it as well. They diagnosed an infection and gave me a prescription and gave me excellent direction. I felt well cared for! They likely solved my mystery headaches and nausea. I wrote the above a year ago. I received quality Care again today, with concern for my whole medical well-being and attention to My comfort. They double-checked the previous trouble area to ensure it healed properly. My hygienist knows my history and asks questions. When I told her I’m non-binary and that I’m taking testosterone she didn’t bat an eye and only asked my preferred pronouns and entered the date I started taking testosterone. Anyway, I met the new female dentist and she did a very thorough exam of lymph nodes, tongue, tonsils and teeth before my cleaning. This is an excellent dental office! 3rd visit and I’m still happy with this dental clinic! I highly recommend Oregon Smiles.

The Oregon Smile Center is a great place for dental work! Danica is great hygienist who for years has helped me to improve my home dental care. She’s friendly and rooted in our community. We share pictures of her cute preschoolers and our cute grandson. We talk about our community and schools. Dr. Sean Hanson made Invisalign work on my very difficult teeth that now are in top shape. This is a professional, friendly place!

I had a great experience at Oregon Smile Care Center. Both my hygienist Danica and Dr. Kirkpatrick were amazing! My dental cleaning was painless, yet gentle very thorough. — All Covid protocols were in place. Clean and Efficient office. I can’t wait for my next visit :)

Since google doesn’t allow you to update reviews, I’m writing a new one. I transferred my Invisalign to this office and was happy with my treatment/communication. Even decided to get my teeth cleaned here, which was a very good experience. I am a contract worker and unfortunately I lost my contract unexpectedly. (I had everything timed appropriately so I could finish my Invisalign at this office). I now have to move out of state and transfer to a new office. I inquired about a partial refund of the $1000 transfer fee and the office staff was kind in returning my call. Reporting that the doctor and office manager would not give even a small amount back despite not finishing my treatment. Ultimately I understand that this is my fault for having to move. I just thought they would work with me given the situation.

I don’t usually like going to visit the Dentist (sensitive teeth) but Ashley my Hygienist was awesome!! Not only was she really knowledgeable and professional, she was very empathetic and made my experience a positive one.

This was an intro Appt so I had x-rays and cleaning. Everyone was awesome, especially my dental hygienist. The office was conveniently located and the staff friendly and professional. I found a good one!

My first time here and I was nervous! Fear of dental work. 😬. Ashley was my hygienist and she was gentle, explaining everything and a kind person to boot! Very grateful for such a good first experience. 😃

Everyone was very nice from the office staff, the hygienist, and dentist. Ashley, was an exceptional hygienist. She was very friendly, caring, and very attentive to my needs. She was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

The staff was friendly and helpful listen to me about what my concerns were. Unlike Gental Dental who drop my twin sister and I from service cause of wheelchair repair problems cause we had no way of getting there cause of our disability issues!! 🙄🙄🙄😬😬😬
