Mind blown! Going to the dentist is no-one's favorite thing to do. This practice is a game changer. First of all, it is the nicest medical office I have EVER been to. It is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. That was the first thing that I noticed when I walked in the door. The staff was immediately warm and welcoming upon arrival. I was having a small chip in my front tooth done and I've had this chip there for many years, having had it fixed many times. I have never had anyone fix that chip with such attention to detail. They are serious about the thing that defines you the most. - your smile! The next time you need a dentist, you will be well taken care of if you visit this practice. I highly recommend them.

A year and a half ago I was having tooth pain but I was afraid of the dentist due to a very traumatic experience years ago. It was about 5-6 years since I last seen a dentist but I needed to go. I went in there shaking, Dr. Ney and his team are nothing but wonderful. He is super gentle and makes sure that you are comfortable before doing anything. I needed a lot of work done before I could go in braces and with his dedication to making sure that I was happy with my smile and my teeth were in great condition so I could get braces. They don't force you to get work done and they really work with you on your time frame. Dr. Ney goes above and beyond for his patients. After many fillings, root canals and crowns that were all pain free including the numbing shots, I was able to achieve the smile that I have always dreamed of! We are originally from Florida and when we move back I will still be flying back up here just to see him and his team. They really make you feel like family.

Dr Ney and his staff always go above and beyond. Always on time if not early, easy to get in for an appt. He always follows up after dental work with a personal phone call. Best dentist I've had!

I went to Dr.Ney after my previous dentist wasn’t helping me with some pain I was having. The first day I went to him he told me exactly what was wrong and scheduled me a root canal a couple days later. I was very nervous and gabby and the ladies at the front were super sweet. They comforted me and joked with me to ease my mind. Then Dr.Ney explained everything in detail that he was going to do and did. It went great. A couple months later I had extreme pain and my face swelled. I called and they got me an emergency visit that day for another root canal. He made sure that if I couldn’t get into an Endodontics he would take care of it for me. When I called for higher antibiotics he took care of me. Hands down the best dentist and the best staff I’ve ever gone to. I’m very appreciative of everything they’ve done.

I had one of the best experiences here. The dentist took the time to explain everything and the hygienist was SO gentle! This is a dentist I’ll drive quite a ways for.

I came to see Dr Ney when I had tooth pain, and my dentist couldn't get me in for two weeks. Dr Ney's office got me in the next day. Ever since then, I've had an excellent experience. They are very professional, but also very personable. The entire staff makes you feel like they are glad you are there. Dr Ney is the only dentist who has given me a shot with absolutely no pain, I was amazed. He also takes the time to show you pictures and explain what is taking place. His focus is on giving you the best care and not cranking out patients. I can't recommend him enough!

Just went there and had an excellent experience. They seem to have the latest high tech equipment and you can see for yourself what is going on with your teeth very close up. They also are very knowledgeable and explain things so you can understand. Definitely going back there.

In need of a little bonding for a chipped tooth I went to Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, professional staff, and the beautifully designed interior. Not only is it beautiful inside but also spotless. I highly recommend Dr. Ney, he listened to my concerns and had a very way gentle which allowed me to be more at ease during the treatment. I have decided to switch from my dentist of many years to Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster.

Went to have a nerve issue looked at, was told I needed a round of antibiotics followed by a root canal. Took the first antibiotic and swelled up, and called the dentist to find out if that’s normal (I’ve never taken this antibiotic before) and was told to give it 24 hours and continue taking. Called the next day and spoke to a nurse who confirmed I was having an allergic reaction and should stop taking the medication immediately. Was prescribed a new antibiotic, and was told they would reach out to schedule the root canal. Never heard from them again. Got the root canal somewhere else. Thoroughly didn’t enjoy this dental experience at all.

I hate going to the dentist. I always told my friends I would rather be in intense labor for an hour than sit in a dentist's chair. I had lots of work that needed to be done on my teeth and finally had insurance and the resources to fix my teeth. Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster accepted my insurance so I decided to go there. I had 6 appointments in two months with Dr. Ney and at each appointment I was treated with top-quality care. I even became friends with Dr. Ney and the office staff. Dr. Ney’s hands are so gentle and it makes all the difference in how you feel during the procedure and afterward. Even the first shots that Dr. Ney gives to numb the tooth are injected in such a way that makes the shots bearable. (Dr. Ney said he learned this method from his father who was also a dentist.) Because my mouth is so tiny, dentists usually made cracks in my lips during their procedure, and I usually got a whole crop of cold sores from each crack. When I was with Dr. Ney, I never got any cracks or any cold sores afterward. To get all the work completed that was needed, I was referred out to an oral surgeon for two extractions and was abruptly reminded of how different other practitioners are in comparison to Dr. Ney. With the oral surgeon, the shot was quite painful, and I got lots of cracks in my lips and then had a crop of cold sores afterward. I would recommend everyone go to the Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster. Dr. Ney is more motivated by quality service than he is by making lots of money. In conversation with Dr. Ney, I found that he broke away from a practice that was practicing largely for the money to start his own business that focuses on people, relationships, and a job well done. Dr. Ney does that well and I hope that in the end, it serves him well just as it does his patients. One more thing, each evening after a procedure, I got a personal call from Dr. Ney to check in and see how my mouth was feeling.

Top notch operation.

I rarely post reviews, but want to give highest praise to Dr. Ney and the rest of his team. True professionalism. Clean. Patient focus. First I checked the practice out with a cleaning. Then after identifying that I needed a crown replacement, etc., I booked my 2nd appt. For this week. I cannot tell you how amazing Dr. Ney is with his skill and empathy (he even called me in the evening after my appt to check-up on me). Also, the technology in which he has invested into his practice is impressive and a time saver for patients, which I appreciate. He even has a 3D scanner (no more needing to have a bunch of stuff placed into your mouth to create impressions) for patients’ teeth from which he can mill crowns, etc, right on his premises. Instead of having to wait 2 or more weeks like the last practice I went to, I had my new crown in place in under 2 hours. He also showed me some of his sterilization equipment which is integrated into each exam room—can you tell how impressed and pleased I am? Check Dr. Ney out. He and his staff will go the extra mile for you.

Fabulous. My son was having tooth pain and our dentist at the time couldn’t help him. They told me to call around. Found Dr. Ney. They gave my son antibiotics and pain reliever till they could do the root canal. We have now switched over to Dr. Ney. The technology they have is amazing and the office is clean. All the staff I have met are friendly and helpful. They really care for you as a patient. Thank you Dr. Ney and staff.

Excellent in every way: clean rooms with modern equipment, prompt service, professional staff. Dr. Ney is extremely competent and a joy to interact with. Just got back from a same-day appointment where I was in and out with a solution within 15 minutes. So impressed with this place; highly recommended.

One of the best experiences I have had in years at a dentist office. I am always nervous walking in to new places as it is and the staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Ney not only showed me through a camera scope what some of the issues were that were bothering me, he also did not make me feel like I was pestering him when I asked him questions he explained every step and gave solutions for things that were able to fixed. He took his time and was very thorough with my cleaning. I also want to include that the staff was busy tending to another patient and instead of Dr. Ney telling me to wait until she was available to make another appointment for me, he took the time to make the appointment for me which to me was pretty awesome you don't always see doctors step in and assist office staff. I 100% recommend Personalized Dentistry of lancaster to anyone that will listen lol.

Best dentist I have been to in seven decades! Super nice staff, awesome Dr. Ney,extremely clean office, good parking area, and the latest technology is evident. They worked me in same day with my second toothache ever,and no pain by the next day! I even got caught up with a dental cleaning! I feel so extremely fortunate as I have just moved to PA and had not yet established health and dental care here.So lucky to have found the best!

Office staff is nothing less than great, professional yet REAL and personable. Dr. Ney, although slightly unconventional in his appearance, is the epitome of a caring, professional and knowledgeable dentist. Searched for his relatively new practice out based on getting to know him through a prior practice that he worked for solely based on his care and personality. I would HIGHLY recommend Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster and Dr. Ney to anyone AND everyone!
