Very friendly staff. I was a walk-in for a repair and had a short wait. The same day dental repair service was excellent and more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend them and if ever I need to, I will definitely go back.

In response to the response on my 11/09/2022 review, it does not apply as a primary and secondary insurance. Both of my insurance plans are a independent policy. These were purchased individually to cover dental because I am retired. Also I called both insurance companies and it was said each were single independent coverages and as such each needed the two options submitted to provide the estimated coverage. I have repeatedly asked for this to be done. Also I received your letter telling me I'm no longer your patient. I appreciate your candor and lies written here and in the letter. I only missed 1 appointment with your office in 4 years. The one missed, I called from the hospital to cancel when I was in the hospital this February and March. The last appointment was canceled by you, as well as, three others were canceled by you. As to my continuing with your office, I didn't intend to do so. Thank you for telling me I was not welcome back to your office. I have already been to another dentist whom is fixing all the teeth problems I now have due to inadequate care. I no longer wish to have your records either. Thank you for severing the service.

This place is great, they work with you to be as comfortable as you can be at a dentist office. The lady's are super helpful and friendly. It like if you were going over you "good family's" house foe dinner.

The front desk is incompetent in scheduling appointments. The miscommunication cost me the loss of two teeth and now a possible third due to their scheduling incorrectly. My recent appointment was confirmed as being 2:30 but according to them it was for 2:00. The next appointment they could give me wasn't until December. That even created a conflict for them. They kept trying to schedule me for other work rather than just to give me a permanent crown. Today I was told the complete opposite of what I was told by the dentist (Martin) whom I saw in May. I have waited for months to get the estimated predetermination for work to be done. Accordingly I cannot get the second insurance predetermination until I have the first one completed which means I would need to have the decision now for what I need. That decision cannot be made without knowing the amounts estimated from each insurance since there might be out of pocket costs. It has been a miscommunication issue since December 2021 until today November 09, 2022. When I orginally went to this practice I gave a raving five star review. Well now if I could give a zero star review I would. DO NOT BELIEVE they do emergency office calls. I have tried to get one for almost a year. Through this process I ended up needing two teeth pulled. When I went to the endo, I was told there wasn't any need for a root canal for those two teeth and he didn't understand why I was there. He did find other issues and addressed the one root canal on another tooth not referred to him. The temporary crown has needed replaced now since May. I have asked several times for an appointment to get the permanent crown. Now I will probably lose this tooth also since the temporary crown is off. I needed to get it looked at but the office staff had me booked for an appointment for a total different procedure. Today was the first time.That i have used this dentist.I cant not say enough.How kind and careing they were. Im not sure of doctors name. But he really explained things to me. And the lady who done my exrays on my teeth.Was so kind and gentle. That front desk ladys were wonderful. They all helped me in a very careing way .Thank you

I’v had a bunch of work done here. The backend staff is absolutely amazing. They always get me In a chair quickly and take care of me. Now the front desk that’s another story. For the brief time I’m usally in the waiting room. It’s like a soap opera. I could definitely go without hearing about there personal life’s story. And some conversations arnt the most work appropriate either. If you want to use your phone that’s fine just maybe not around the patients. Over all I’d give this office a 2.5. Out of 5. Again the back end staff are amazing. And if the front end could do the same I’d rate higher.

I needed my partical dentures fixed there was a crack in the top and one starting in the bottom...my daughter is getting married in a week and i needed them fixed asap. I called other places that advertised they could fix them and could do it in an hour and noone could fix them let alone in an hour as they said. I found the family dentist called them they saw me the same day and they were able to fix them right there no problems and no run around. Everyone in this office that i meet were so wonderful, caring abd understanding. I highly recommend them

Friendly atmosphere, able to problem solve with insurance/ payments quickly. Flexible with accommodating to my schedule.

Love the dental hygienist lady and the doctor

I hate the dentist and I mean HATE the dentist but coming here makes that a little less. This guy knows what he’s doing and his assistant is the sweetest. Your teeth will be taken care of and you will leave in better condition. - someone who had to get a whole lot of fillings and her gums needed help and no other dentist did jack squat.

Dr K promptly returned my call, addressed my issue and after a brief consult, repaired my upper denture - restoring it like new! Great service, great price.

Dr. Kauffman and all the staff are great. They go out of their way to get everything right and make sure you are satisfied. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this practice and this dentist without reservation. My husband presented a huge challenge to Dr. Kauffman. He ended up having to send us to an oral surgeon. It takes a big man to cry "Uncle". I've worked with lots of doctors, and it really isn't their nature. It was challenging series if events to go thru, and it seemef like communication was lacking, but they were in uncharted waters also! Everything was very professional and above par, in terms of service. Dr. Kauffman is the grandfather type I'd choose. Caring, courteous, and skilled.

Onelia was great! First visit and it’s like we were friends for a long time. After my check up she took the time to explain why flossing is more than important, it’s as necessary as brushing. Glad I chose this dentistry
