Payment plan was enticing at first but has been the cause of nothing but headaches. I have had more than whats due be taken, and an additional payment taken after paying off the bill the previous month. Followed by a billing team that's never in and never calls back its a nightmare, waiting almost a month for a refund is unheard of and utter lack of communication is infuriating.

Dr. Shalash did a great job! She was warm and friendly, and put me at ease during the process of getting my chipped tooth fixed. She did such a good job on the tooth that it looks like it was never chipped: the color matches perfectly, and the shape looks beautiful and feels natural. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff, because everyone I encountered during my first visit was friendly, nice, and willing to answer questions. The prices were a lot better than a lot of dentists I’ve seen. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life, and I must say that this is one of the best offices I e ever been to! I am definitely going back!

Dr. Shalash has been amazing! When my dentist couldn’t fit me in for a dental emergency she agreed to see me right away and provided me with the best care. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. After the great care her and her team provided me I switched to Dr. Shalash as my dentist. At my most recent visit my hygienist, Shay, provided me with great customer service!! Highly recommend this location to anyone who asks!

I dread the Dentist, just thinking about having to go gets me worked up. I went in today for an extraction and Dr. Patel was AMAZING! Him and his Dental Assistant walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. He literally had the tooth out in 5 minutes, I was so relieved and grateful! My past Dentist experiences have not been that great so I am very thankful to have found a Dentist that actually cares and takes Dental Anxiety (because I believe its a real thing), into consideration. The staff at Killian Dentistry we wonderful, from the ladies that worked up front to the ladies that hooked me up for surgery. Would recommend Dr Patel and Dr. Lugo for your dental needs.
