Dr. Belk is the ONLY good thing about this place. While the ladies in the office are extremely nice, they aren’t worth anything past that. They never answer the phone. They don’t return calls. The voicemail is always full. You literally have to let them phone ring and ring before they actually take the time to answer it. I e have spent days trying to talk to someone there. And when they say they will call you back on something, like the amount you over paid or if the doctor can call in a script because you are in agonizing pain, don’t believe them. I will be coming up there for the money I am owed, and will be making a formal complaint to someone about the office staff here. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT come here. Dr. Belk is great, but not worth the aggravation from her staff.

I love this dental practice this far. Nothing but very kind ladies who are patient and attentive. Clean environment.

The dentist(Dr.Belk) who done my extractions was awesome!!! She was very nice, skilled & professional... Three extractions in about 30 mins. I was impressed & this dentist is Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Each time I've had to be serviced here with an appointment I've been treated well with respect and dignity. Very pleased with the services and I highly recommend them.

Very frustrating experience trying to get an appointment since the voicemail is always full and in many months of leaving messages, I never Got a call back. Finally, came in, made the appt and came in to find they cancelled my appt because I did not confirm it when they called me to confirm (missed the call). This is their office policy. If you can not call them to confirm (they do not text), your appt will be cancelled. Going to another dentist. I’m tired of trying to give them my business.

Saw Dr Belt today 11:30,always a bit nervous having extraction done, when Dr Belt N nurse returned, silent to myself to brace myself, as Dr Belt preform task, she twisted a few times, pulled a few, n in matter of less than a couple minutes 🦷was out,I didn't have to do the twist in the chair 💃🏾she's AWESOME, A wonderful job, c I no I know I have long roots, sometimes a bit difficult,Dr Belt worked worked with it thanks Dr Belt 😁👍🏽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I would not refer anyone to go this establishment! The young ladies in the front are awesome with there customer service but Dr. Hall is no for me she had my mouth open for 3 1/2 hours to supposedly remove a tooth out of my mouth which I just found out only partial of my tooth was removed! Bad job and for me to be told she was the best person there I would hate to see the other dentist work

I was scared to go to the dentist, but Dr. Belk did such an Amazing job. I recommend if you need a dentist go see her!!!!!

Dr. Belk and her staff are and always have been so kind, yet very professional with their work. Getting dental work done here is actually quite simple.

The staff are very kind and try to make you feel comfortable .But the only thing is it is definitely hard to get a hold of some one . I was supposed to get one of my tooth removed but it seems like the Dr. tryed twice but nothing . I was told that they are gonna call me back for a surgeon appointment but this tooth has been aggervated already from the Doc trying to pull it. I can't seem to get the sevice I need so far. Not sure if I'll go back. I can't seem to call them nor leave a message. What a wast of time and painful

Dr. Hall and all of the dental hygienist are amazing. I typically hate the dentist but I love going here. They will let you know the cost of your visit before any services are rendered.

Good luck getting in touch with anyone via telephone. I needed to reschedule my daughter's appointment and wanted to give the office a heads up in advance. However, I called 3 separate times in one day and spoke with no one. To make matters worse, I could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full. This is unacceptable, and I will be transferring to another dentist. This rating is based on how the office is managed. The hygienist and dentist were professional and pleasant though. I hope this review helps others.
