Creston Dental

I schedule an appointment for Feb, got a cancellation email the day before because the dentist wanted a day off. Then the next available appointment was March 27, and this time it was for “unforeseen circumstances” probably another day off. My appointment was an emergency and they didn’t care at all to help get me in sooner. Horrible

This office was very disrespectful and it took almost 4 hours just tor them to get my children in when there was nobody else there then they let any other person coming after us in before us and the workers payed us no attention at all.

By far THE WORST OFFICE , been waiting to get my braces off since they keep canceling ALL my appointments do not go here , if I could I would take these braces off myself and go somewhere else, absolutely do not here , all they do is take your money and never answer the phone and give you hassle …

Ms Theresa the office manager was very very helpful. I came in on Tuesday with a toothache and she got me in on Thursday to get my extraction done. Ms Courtney the receptionist was also very helpful as well. I greatly appreciate their customer service 😃

They canceled my son appointment and didn’t call or email me about. They told the day off. And I took my day off from work and wasted my time and money and gas, this is very unprofessional. Now to reschedule and fine a day that works for it. This is highly upsetting.

TLDR: This is an amazing Dentistry. Peaceful, polite, and no pain getting my teeth checked and cleaned. Highly recommend to everyone. I came in and was greeted very swiftly. The paperwork was easy to fill out and after i was done, it wasn't even three minutes before they called for me to come to the back. I was then escorted to the X-Rays and had them performed by a very nice woman. She then took me to the back room to clean my teeth and it went smoothly. I felt no pain and honestly felt no sensation going on in my mouth besides the tools moving across my tounge. She complimented me on my proper flossing and tooth brushing habits and gave me some advice that I will for sure be using when it comes to oral health. The Doctor then came in very shortly after her (Not even 5 minutes) and took a look at me. We had a very nice conversation and even laughed and joked. Afterwards They thanked me for coming and helped me find my way back to reception where I went to pay and follow up for another appointment. The receptionist upfront were very polite and had really positive attitudes throughout. Their smiles were also contagious and I even complimented them on their service. I asked them about their negative reviews and they said that was from a previous team from a very long time ago. It's a whole new team and honestly, one of the best, friendliest, and peaceful Dentistry I've ever been to. I can't recommend them more.

First time going here and you would think they would have explained their policies to you. I was 7mins late and they said they have a no late policy which I had no idea and they claim they sent someone in the back to see if I could be seen no one never came from the back stood in the lobby for 5 minutes waiting person never came out to say yes or no ended up walking out while they sat at the front desk talking .will not return and my kids will not go back either. They deserve 0 stars

The worst service ever. Never ever go to that place. I make the big mistake. Even I make an appointment in two months ahead they never inform us to either postpone or cancel. Even I confirmed on appointment day and when I arrived that location they said they cancelled without any given information and let me come back two months later.

We have been going to Creston Dental, formerly Kool Smiles, for over 10 years. They take care of my son’s dental and orthodontic needs. Though there is usually quite a long wait time, as can be expected when dealing with children who most likely would rather be anywhere than the dentist!, we have always been treated with kindness and the utmost respect. There is a mutual respect and we treat each other as if we were family. Each of the dentists we have seen have been very personable and genuinely interested in my son’s oral care, but also always very inquisitive about his activities and school. And the orthodontists, Dr. Grasso and his daughter Dr. Lindsay Grasso, are without the doubt the best match for James. We are so blessed to have them. Thank you dearly to each member of ‘our team’ at Creston Dental!

Avoid this place. We paid thousands of dollars for my daughter to receive orthodontist treatment and they have been dodging our calls and not setting up appointments for the past 7 months. Something strange is going on at this place. It seems they are often not open and they don't return phone calls. I am opening a case with the office of consumer affairs (consumer protection agency) and hope they will be able to force some resolution. I encourage everyone else who is struggling with Creston Dental to do the same.

When I got there which they said there would be open they closed the door in my face and locked it said they're going to lunch I got mad told them about their self they said we're going to send you to another dentist office I couldn't come back there anymore they sent a black woman to talk to me because I'm a black woman when I was actually talking to the secretary and she can talk to me back because I was black

My daughter got her braces done here the down payment and the monthly payment is so affordable.I checked 2 other places and they were expensive . My daughter is so happy that her gap is no longer there☺

They will cancel your appointment for no reason and say unforeseen circumstance generic email

They keep cancelling my daughter's 6 month check up and won't tell me why no one will answer so I sent a email and asked still no one will answer I'm done I'm taking my kids somewhere else my childrens teeth cleaning may not be important to them but it is to me .

This place is so bad. If I could give them a 0 I would. There hasn’t been a dentist there in over 3 months, when there was a dentist the hygienist/nurse would bad mouth the “new dentist” , I’ve asked for dental records 3 times to be emailed to me or another dentist and neither of us received them. Every time I call the office they’re closed and only the Ortho is open. The 803 number can’t do anything but try to schedule you an appt. I walked out of my sons last appt because he was suppose to have cavities filled that day but after 2 hrs of waiting in the room they accomplished nothing but 1 X-ray. We also confirmed that before the appt we could fill my sons major cavities which were half and then schedule another appt to fill the other half. They agreed that was okay as I explained our deductible out of pocket was out of the budget for all at one time. The dentist refused to fill only half and it was all or nothing. I just want our x rays so I can take my son to another dentist. 🤦‍♀️

I have been there for a while now. For fillings and braces all in all I have had a great experience and nice staff!

This place is horrible and they need to get their information correct people is putting in the wrong information like trying to rush or the system is messed I was told I was a male when clearly I'm a woman and then a Man that work for this company called my home about my son and he had the wrong birthday, and one person said the dentist office is closed until further notices this place needs to get it together I've tried to be patient but me nor my son will be back their

If I could give this office 0 stars I would!! The lack of professionalism is absurd and I will be finding a new orthodontist. When I got my braces last month, I was told not to eat until an hour after my appointment. I followed directions and not even 45 minutes later, I heard a snap while I was driving. One of my brackets had came off, which was strange, so course I went back to get it fixed and had no problems until 4 days ago. When I woke up, I noticed that the SAME bracket had came off. When I eat, I make sure to cut my food into bite sized pieces and not eat anything too hard, so I know I am not responsible! I went to the office this morning (because of course they’re hard to reach over the phone) and was given the run around. I was told that I may not have been able to get my bracket fixed today bc I didn’t have an appointment and whether the bracket coming off was my fault or not was in question. I pay too much money to not be accommodated for an EMERGENCY appointment and questioned when the office is obviously at fault. There is more problems that I’ve had with them in the past, but this review is long enough. Do NOT come here.

My sons appointment was at 9 today.. the 3rd attempt at getting his spacers out in the past 3 weeks (one has already fallen out). The office is closed.. I got no call or anything! Very disappointed. Several people have showed up in the pouring rain for their appointment also just to find out they also got no call about them being closed. We took off work.. this is ridiculous and very unprofessional!
