Great Dental office. Everyone was very friendly and the Doctor was very engaged.

The fastest, easiest and most gentle people i have ever met . I had a root canal and they calmed me down and talked me through everything. I appreciate everyone there

This is the 3rd dentist office I have been to with my daughter, and it surpasses everyone else beyond measure. She is kind and takes her time and is also really good with my daughter. We had 2 procedures done that any 7 year old would be jumpy about and my daughter took it like a breeze. I'm extremely happy with our dentist. Also we have never waited more than 8 min to go back into room and get started with any type of work. We are In and out with great quality work.

What an exceptional office! Dr. Santokke (sp?) and her (all female) squad made getting my daughter's emergency root canal a truly painless process. I was informed at every step about the cost and medication. They even sent a text message a few days before the actual procedure to let me know out of pocket costs due at the appointment. I'll be moving the rest of my family to this practice because of the professionalism and skills displayed by the team in this office.

Beware people of rock hill and surrounding areas. Apex has an extreme lack of transparency when booking. I was given a referral for a root canal. I called to schedule an appointment with Apex. I was told there would be a $100 consultation fee to schedule an appointment. The $100 will be given back AFTER the insurance is ran and whatever the balance remains will be credited to an Apex account or a check will be mailed. This is misleading. 1) why is this information not included on your website? I checked and it not there. . 2) why wouldn’t you run my insurance at the time service. And 3) what exactly needs to consulted if there I have my referral with valid X-rays and notes form the mdo. You’re not gonna charge me $100 to turn around a refund it back and I have to wait for a check in the mail or credited which makes an assumption that you’ll return. Makes 0 sense. In response to your reply, you’re saying you charge a initial deposit to “ not waste time” but I was told it was a consultation or examination. But you couldn’t explain what the exam/consultation would include. I gave you my insurance ID & Group # as you are in my network. You could have told me the reminding balance while we were on the phone if any. If you needed updated X-rays I told you I could have went to my dentist to have that completed and sent over along with a new a referral if needed and whatever mdo notes required. What it sounds like to me is you guys are charging people because you’re scared of losing money. But you will for sure loss money and patients from not being transparent. I actually just booked with another endodontic without a $100 deposit fee/ examination/ consultation. So this is not industry standard. I have never been charged a fee to see a dentist just because you “don’t wanna waste time” sounds pretty discriminatory to me.

Apex dental is great. Fast courteous phone or desk service. Dr. Carver and Sloan are very efficient and professional, they removed my tooth with ease and were polite and quick about the whole process. Pricing is fair and competitive. I think i have found my new primary dentist office. Thank

Apex Dental is a family dentistry for us. I had to get the Root Canal and Fillings done. Dr. Neha and her team treated me greatly and took utmost care throughout the process. Dr. Fuller suggested and did the apicoectomy procedure for my wife, which went great. Also my wife had a very good experience with Dr. Carver for her fillings. Finally, hygienists Dawn and Kiara are really nice and fun. Lots of good suggestions on maintaining oral health. Everyone is highly professional and patient enough to answer any questions we asked. I strongly recommend Apex Dental.

New patient today, saw Dr Carver and her assistant Amanda. They were wonderful! I’m always extra anxious and they made me feel very comfortable. Explained in detail my treatment plan. Future visits will not be stressful :) Will definitely recommend to others

Visit to evaluate discomfort in a root canal that was performed in distant past. Diagnosis was that that it was a cracked root. Was told by dentist that there would be no charge. A charge was debited on my credit card of $98.00. I received no receipt upon leaving office. Called next day to protest this charge and was told on a callback from receptionist that dentist apologized for charge but, Apex was under different management prior to original procedure and my request for refund was denied. Caution to potential or current patients! Apex is not customer focused and will not be used by myself or family in future.

They were wonderful! It literally took l as than five minutes for paperwork and initial X-rays! They are very informative and caring! I recommend them to any and everyone!

They have great people and my experience here is always wonderful. Dawn and Kiara are 2 of the best hygienist that I have ever had.

Dr. Meha and staff has been absolutely wonderful and caring to my father in law!!! I am so glad that my Aunt told me about them!!

Karia was thorough and I learned more about proper brushing and flossing. My only complaint is way too many texts associated with this appointment!

My son had a great experience. The hygienist Kiara, was so gentle towards him and made him feel like he was 10 ft tall! She gifted us with some important tips with our hygiene which made him so proud. During Fillings Dr. Naha and her assistant engaged with us step by step which built trust. The environment was very comforting and for a child I'm so glad he was able to leave without terrors. Thanks guys!

Crazy nice staff. They were so nice and considerate with my 10 yr old. They talked her through everything they were doing so she wouldn’t get frightened. They had cool technology that allowed them to show us exactly what that were talking about. I wish I had found them years ago.

My experience has been great! The staff was really nice and helpful with my root canal treatment! It was quick and painless!
