Pleasant reception, professional and accommodating with my schedule. The Dentist is proficient and equally pleasant. Explained what he was doing every step of the work.

I've had horrible experiences with dentist in the past. Dr. Z is great at making you feel safe and in good hands.

This place is a joke they schedule 3 patients per dentist per hour and you spend way more time waiting then you do getting helped. They waist peoples time with absolutely no concern about it. My last appointment I was here over 4 hours before being finished and able to leave. As well they drilled on my tooth by my gums so long my gums bleed for an hour and they had a difficult time getting them to stop bleeding and my tooth is still hurting weeks later. I do not recommend anyone to come here!!!!

The best dentist and staff I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very caring and respectful. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Worst of the worst went in for a general consolation and just felt like the next pig in the chair. Got stabbed and prodded and offered a ton of service (some I need, some I don't) and shooed out the door so they could close and go home. Definitely never going back.

Horrible experience, first, when calling the office to schedule appointment was on hold for 10 minutes twice before hanging up then had 11:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 1pm..and also my son has braces and he goes there for cleaning and he stated the dentist is way to rough and really hurts his gums.

Had an appointment at 12 got there early iam never late got called back at 1.35 the dentist ask me why was I there I told him I was a new patient one worker bless her heart was doing everything waited 40 minutes for the front desk to tell me what my insurance pay for the lady at back tried to get it for me I waited 40 more minutes got so tired of waiting on the front desk to tell me they still didn't come and get me I just finally left on way to front saw young lady on her cell phone doing nothing so how do you have time for phone when you got people waiting for insurance info very poor service guess I need to keep looking 3 hrs and nothing was done

Scheduled an appointment for cleaning week in advance , and confirmed 3 times , showed up early , and still was not attended for 2 hours slow service communication was terrible, and when I called was on hold for 20 mins … completely wasted my day off and my time ! Terrible service

It was horrible. I am in more pain now.y appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't leave until 6:20. With no work done. The place I got referral to don't even take my insurance. My tooth is just crumbling in my mouth. Pain went from 10 to 100

My dentist is great but the wait time with an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. 2 to 3 hours after an appointment time before your seen. A whole day is shot by the time you leave. Someone needs to get on top of the issue. This was the 3rd week I had an appointment and each time I spent approximately 3 hours waiting. That was with an appointment.
