I hate going to the dentist and always have. Dr. Kaiser and the supporting cast has made me change my whole outlook on dentistry. I’ve gone there several times now and every time I go , I’m anticipating a bad experience, but it hasn’t happened. I no longer have that outlook when I’m going to this office. The front office staff is very professional and the dentist may be the best ever. Dr. Kaiser explained everything that he’s doing inside of your mouth and get you most definitely prepared for anything that may cause you any discomfort. I would like to thank the entire team for making me feel comfortable with something that I’ve always been so I’m comfortable with.

Sango Family Dentistry is so Awesome! ALL the staff is super friendly and very patient! Sometimes it’s hard to process all the details and information for my treatment plans. They will explain each step with you to make you understand and are comfortable before proceeding. They genuinely care about you and have helped me to overcome my fears of going to the Dentist! Everyone here was amazing, took extra care since I am not one to sit well in a dentist chair. Very comfortable environment. I don’t feel like my “cleaning” was worth going. I just feel like my teeth were scraped, I do not feel like I just had a cleaning. I feel services are overpriced. Every time I go it’s something I cannot afford and I end up not going anymore then I try to go again and it’s the same issue. I am looking for another dentist. The staff there is amazing and nice just can’t afford it I guess.

I’ve never had a bad experience with a dentist in general, but this place will still be my favorite dentist office overall. The whole staff is incredibly helpful, nice, funny, and just fully wanting to better your smile. There’s never a moment of uncertainty or disappointment. They take the time to inform you of the information but listen to your life and get to know their patients. I’ve been boasting about this location ever since i’ve started going here and hope to be able to get my teeth checked here for a long time.
