Big shout out to MacKenzie, who went above & beyond, to be sure I had accurate driving directions to my appointment, after my GPS just sent me in circles when looking for them. All the staff I encountered were pleasant & friendly. I believe it was Hannah, who took my xrays & did my exam. She's thorough & explained everything well. One of the best dental experiences of my life. The staff and Dr. C are phenomenal. My anxiety was on a level 10 just the thought of going to the denist. However the team showed much empathy for my situation. They talked to me, answered all my questions to insure I was at ease with every procedure. As always my experience at St Bethleham Dental was grade A. My hygienist new her job completely and then some. She was gentle and was concerned about my comfort. Her experience showed. She is a true professional. As always Dr. Carroccia definitely knows his business. He hires only the best, from the front office girls , to the hygienists Ive never seen a better run office or dentist. His expertise and knowledge about his field is vast and his education is never ending. I have never had a better dentist. This was my first appointment at St. Bethlehem Dental Center and I truly couldn't have asked for more. From the receptionist, to the Dental Hygienist, to the Dentist himself, everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Abby was my Dental Hygienist and I cannot say enough about her. I have never had someone explain everything in such a detailed way. She even went as far as explaining what the tools she was using were and the functionality of it. I will definitely be coming back and making this my home dentistry.
