I want to thank DR. Marcellous StansbeRRy so much, he is a very nice, calm, professional Dr, he treated my father 3 months ago and was great in everything, informative, very clean work, and thankfully my dad had no any pain after the teeth extraction and thank God also no infections, i wrote this review now because i needed a dentist now and the first one i remembered is this dental location, I’m really happy and I recommend DR. Update: the manager lied lol. She never sent the information I requested. The whole company is a money hole. The one star is for the nice office manager. The very minute headed front desk lady is very rude. She is nice to people she knows by name. I’ve encountered her twice and both times I have questioned why she is the first face to walk in to. She needs customer service and office training skills. Keeping her is like a hole in a ship and everyone is wondering why it’s sinking. Very poor skills of using treatment plans if what the patient wishes is not reflected or respected. It was A LOT of miscommunication. I also hate that they require payments for procedures right at the front desk before the procedure is even done. I didn’t get anything done but ended up still paying for fillings that were miscommunicated to me. I’m debating on if it was just this location and to continue using aspen or finding another office who has workers that respect their patients.

Updated review Aspen Cordova is amazing!! The doctor I saw I don't recall his name was sooo wonderful and understanding with my anxiety so was his assistant both amazing! Im going to get their names to update my review! Ruben is the best!!!! He was so nice and so sweet made conversation told me everything very thoroughly! He is amazing!!!!! The front desk workers are soooo sweet and amazing I'm blown away!! The girl today even gave me a post it note cause I meantioned my cat took it so she gave me a sticky note. She went out of her way to do that and I appreciated that! I wasn't too impressed with the very 1st doctor i had but this previous one everyone is so great!!

From start to finish the Cordova place was fantastic! I went in for a routine check-up because I had a lump of infection in my jaw to my wisdom teeth. They were VERY THOROUGH in my exams, so polite, nice, reassuring, fun, funny, and listened to me well. I could tell they actually read my files too and inquired all the things when they felt it was needed. They truly care for their patients. Surgery day came and, like before, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. As if I were a close friend. Also, the place was immaculately clean. Five stars. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back.
