First visit for a cleaning was with Katie - she was fantastic! One of the better experiences I've ever had. I have a lot of gum sensitivity and she was very receptive to that and adjusted the entire experience to my comfort. She was very vocal and explanatory throughout the process which I appreciated, and kind! I will definitely keep going back. My only struggle was getting my insurance accurately verified, but when prompted the front desk staff did take additional steps to get that done - I feel like it was beyond their control, but they were patient throughout!

Dental hygienist Kara was great. When I went to pay and the customer service representative asked, how was I going to pay? I answered cash she said, we don’t give out change. I thought I had the correct amount but, I didn’t. Well, I didn’t see a sign saying have correct amount when paying cash. I know since the pandemic a lot of businesses don’t like to count money and are lazy. I feel that if a patron wants to pay with cash they can and if they don’t have the correct amount they should be able to give the amount expected back. What about the patron that don’t have a credit/debit card? Going forward, if you accept cash and only expect the correct amount I suggest signage. If I paid with cash today to your business you would have made more than $10.
