It is February 2023 and they made me go to my truck and fill out the paperwork because I didn't have a mask. Nobody told me we would need a mask and they do not provide them. They also said I would have to wait in my truck while my daughter sees the dentist. This is ridiculous. Now I will have to take off work and check my daughter out of school again to see another dentist.

I am pregnant and dealing with hyperemesis gravidarum. I went in today to get a cleaning and check up. I did not have to wait long at all. They were very quick to get me back. The dental hygienist and dentist were very careful, gentle, and considerate. The office is clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies were both really nice and professional. It was a calm experience. The office and the rooms are all nice. Chairs are comfortable. The dentist is sweet. The hygienist is sweet. Really happy with my experience today.

My son had a appointment a 10 today and when my mom and son got there which was before 10 my mom showed a paper which said the insurance company would pay for the crown til the first of next month and we already had the root canal done at the place where they sent us to so now my son has a root canal done and no crown because they don't won't to do the crown under insurance and won't to pay out of pocket but when we offer to pay they wouldn't let us because of the insurance now we're trying to find out the board of dental so we can find out what we can do on this,any help would be nice ,This is so sad .

I am in total disagreement with the lone negative review on here from a couple of years ago--Dr. Digmon did not wake up on the wrong side of the bed/couch and is not unprofessional and rude. We have been there several times now and Dr. Digmon is professional and very business-like and I appreciate that. In addition, her office is a well-oiled machine, which is quite rare these days. I was there yesterday for a cleaning and was in and out in 40 minutes, which is remarkable with all the protocols they are required to follow right now. Amanda was awesome, thorough, and fast on my cleaning and the rest of the staff are quite friendly and very efficient. If you like high prices, rude staff, slow service, and long waits, you'll need to go somewhere else.

I would never recommend anyone to this dentist. I’ve been a patient here a little over 2 years and I’ve never felt more disrespected until this morning. Dr Lucy Digmon is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know if she woke up on the wrong side of the couch this morning or what but you need to choose another career if you don’t want to deal with people.
