I called the Hence Family Dentistry this morning to inquire about the Saturday appointments. The person that answered the phone totally unprofessional. I asked when is your next Saturday apt, her comment was after Thanksgiving, "I think". You mean that she wasn't able to tell me. I'm sure it's as simple as looking in the system. Furthermore, she kind of giggled. I'm in management, and have been for more than 18 years, and to have someone answering the phone that giggles because you asked a question, and didn't go out of her way to be of assistance to me, I will never visit this office. I would have been coming as a new patient, however, based on her unprofessionalism, I will make an appt. elsewhere.

Dr. Hence is wonderful (Staff is too). I had a tooth issue and needed to see her ASAP. Her staff worked me into her schedule that day. It was GREAT!!!! Yes, the decor is outdated. But, then again... I don't go to the dentist for the decor. Dr. Hence is a down-to-earth yet, professional dentist who is caring and compassionate with her patients. Dr. Hence is very friendly with a growing practice. The decor is outdated, but other than that she cares about your teeth. She ask questions and listens to your issues or concerns. The receptionst is nice as well. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Hence.
