An appointment for my son to get his teeth cleaned and xrayed was scheduled when we arrived for his appointment we were informed it had not been scheduled for cleaning and would need to be rescheduled. We rescheduled for following friday( office manager is one that rescheduled). Once again we get there my son goes back and is only with dentist for about 15 minutes, he comes out to checkout and I was informed once again it had not been scheduled for cleaning only an exam. The very flustered up front staff (brekken). Just kept telling us there was nothing she could do and there was no appointment available with hygienist until June. ( this is march). I am unsure how this happened once much less twice especially when we were rescheduled first time we were assured it would absolutely be for X-rays and cleaning. The hygienist did hear what had happened and ever so graciously offered to clean his teeth. We ended up there for 3 hours. In the three hours I was in waiting room I heard brekken over and over again with patients on phone and in office apologizing for patients not getting scheduled properly but it was out of her control. I feel this is inexcusable and needs to be corrected. If you know this is an issue you absolutely need to find a solution.

I scheduled a cleaning and a check for cavities. I waited 45 minutes in the room to be seen. No cleaning was preformed. Their communication is off. Dentist didn’t explain to me the results of my X-rays. He just let me know 1 thing and I had to ask the Dental Assistant for more information. They want you in and out as fast as possible even though I was there for over an hour and nothing was done but looking at my teeth and doing the x rays which took less than 10 minutes. This was my first time there. Receptionists gossiping about other employees very loudly. Do not recommend.

I just recently started coming here for my cleanings and checkups. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor is nice as well and made getting my cavity filling quick and pain free ! My appointments always last around 30-45 minutes. It’s a great place to go for your dental needs!
