At my daughter's last check up she was told she had cavities and would need treatment. She has a fear of needles that sends her into a panic attack at just the thought of a shot. I was told that Dr McNair had a gentle touch and very patient with these types of issues. I was able to introduce her to him and he took time out of a busy day to reassure her she was in good hands. The day of the treatment her anxiety was at roof. I anticipated resistance from her but the vibe that Dr McNair and Vika put off, and the way they distracted her with conversation definitely made a difference. This was the first time in 16 yrs that my daughter did not have a panic attack due to needles. This is a big accomplishment not only for her but for the staff because it could have potentially became an issue. Thank you for being understanding. Also Thanks to Kirstee who is the only person she feels comfortable with, Crystal in Ortho for explaining things thoroughly and of course Dr Cooper.
