I had an infected tooth a while back and went in to see if I could get it pulled, receptionist was nice and accommodating but the first thing the hygienist did was scan my entire mouth in a pretty painful process and then the actual dentist came in and did some poking around, eventually they said I need a deep clean first and a visit with a separate periodontist, keep in mind I was in constant pain from the tooth and had massive swelling, and then proceeded to give me a packet worth of 10 thousand dollars worth of dental work that needed to be done before I could even get the tooth pulled and gave me absolutely nothing for the pain or infection- didn’t even write me a prescription. Do not go here if you don’t have insurance- they will gouge you for as much as they can. Karr and Harden took care of my tooth and infection in less than 2 days and very affordable, go to them.

I had my first visit and the staff was very polite and kind! They explained each step (checking in, getting x-rays, examining guns) very clearly. Also checking out and scheduling my next appointment was easy. The wait time between checking into the appointment and starting the appointment was long, but that's most likely because I showed up too close to my appointment time and needed to fill out forms. It took a while for the dentist to come over and do a final check up, but that may be because there were many patients. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm looking forward to going back.

I went to an appt for a severely bad tooth ache. They sent me home with antibiotics because the infection was too bad to numb to pull the tooth. I went back 1 week later like I was supposed to. When I got there they started me as a new patient all over again. None of my records from a week before were there. They didn't even have my ex rays from the week before. What should have been just a tooth pulling on my second visit, turned into a half a day ordeal, 🤔. I'm not sure I want to go back to this dental company.

Very nice people, I was running late and went from out of town and they were able to fit me in the schedule and see me very fast service.

Staff is really nice and great at explaining what will be getting worked on.

Awesome place,people and service. I am amazed at how well I am cared for by the staff at Aspen Dental 1 in Amarillo, I-40 service road. Very professional service and staff. The only issue I have observed is that they are short of a Doctor, and the only one Doctor there has to run from one place to another to work on their patients in attending two to three patients. You don’t seem to have your Doctor with you during your entire visit before they leave to leave you to go back and forth to work on other patients. They are overwhelmed I feel and that is not good because I think they have to be able to concentrate on one patient at a time throughout that patient visit as other clinics have been doing. Besides this problem that is in dire need of urgent attention, everyone here seems to be in good spirits and professionals in their particular skills in service of their customers. Please help them in this issue mentioned above. I am only giving you my honest opinion and views concerning the matter mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding and undivided attention.

My husband was seen as a new patient on 1-6-23 in hopes of having some bad teeth pulled. Keep in mind it was a Friday and the office closes at 12:00 and his appointment was at 11:00am. So after throwing out an estimate of ALL the work that needs done, $15 grand and some change his teeth was not pulled. He was referred to a periodontist for a cleaning to be done first. All of a sudden today, they call and ask if he can be there tomorrow at 8:30am to have his teeth pulled. I'm so confused it's unreal. I was not at that appointment with my husband that day however from what I understand the office manger was pretending to be the dentist and said he needs his teeth cleaned before the removal (which makes no sense at all). Why would you clean teeth to have them pulled? Luckily she is not a dentist and just a con office manager trying to make lots of extra unnecessary money. So here we go with round 2 in the am at 8:30, I will be there to speak to her directly and see just what changed from Friday till Tuesday. Had this been done Friday as planned on our end he would be down the road to recovery not still in pain cause the teeth was not pulled out. Stay tuned, I will update as soon as we are done tomorrow.

Amazing !!! Everyone was so polite helpful and would explain everything they were doing .made sure I understand everything that they told me . Very pleasant visit and will recommend to my family and friends .

Was very straight forward about what was going on with Oral Health and They were very professional about everything going on with my Oral Health. Definitely would recommend.

Took care of my exam, X-rays & cleaning same day. Went over costs for everything that wasn’t covered by insurance, finished me up the next day early and got me fitted for my crown. Very satisfied with my visit to Aspen Dental.

Very irritated by their lack of communication and poor customer service skills. They don’t answer their phones and don’t communicate expected wait times. I walked out before being seen and will tell everyone avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

Great people.. fast and professional.. They got me all set up with everything I needed to get my teeth cleaned and filled with little effort on my end.. I will be going back to get regular cleaning and any problems I have with my teeth in the future.. I definitely would recommend the to all my friends and family

I have been on 2 visits so far and both were very satisfying and uplifting. The whole staff from time I enter the front do till the time I left were very welcoming, caring and easy to talk with and understanding. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and office manager Promise I can not give enough praise to this establishment. I previously went to another walk in clinic and I was charged 60 bucks to get an estimate of 1000 dollars for an appt a week later. I was still in pain so I followed up with Aspen online and was given a free consultation right away. They did multiple Xrays and even a 3d model of my teeth. The dentist Di Xia was super knowledgeable and suggested we pull the tooth that was hurting that day. No pain before, during, or after the procedure. Promise explained in detail my treatment plan and walked me through my payment options. Glad I got this second opinion. Definitely come here for all your dental needs.
