I couldn't be happier with the endodontist that did my root canal. He was professional personable and so was the rest of the dental staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone! He did a wonderful job made me comfortable throughout the process and I just couldn't be more satisfied!

The office called, texted, and emailed to schedule an appointment that was already scheduled. Instead of sharing files with their 2nd location, they require me to complete the paperwork twice - 10 separate forms. They didn’t call me the day before to give us instructions (or mention the instructions to me when I called them the day before my child ‘s appointment) so my child ate breakfast and was refused service. I was docked a day’s pay to drive an hour one-way to be told that they didn’t take care of business so they didn’t take care of my child’s teeth. They then asked me if I would like to reschedule with them. That’s a hard pass.

I thought I was going for a consultation, boy was I wrong! I went in was told what I needed done. The dentist told me today he would be doing 2 root canals. I was shocked initially. I was nervous about what I was going to pay so I asked. I'm glad I did they gave me a price helped me with getting a loan that coved most my bill. It was worth the den6said he wanted to give me my smile back and he did just that! Ideal dental is the place to go! Great customer service!

Very bad communication and customer service skills. Receptionist are rude. When you have an issue they would rather argue with you than assist you with your concerns. Very displeased with their entire service… DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They’re supposed to be open 9-6 on Friday, so why is it that they’re closed @4 pm. I came to pick up my retainers after I got off my full-time job. I’ve waited a week to get my retainers and my teeth have shifted since, what was the point of paying for braces?

The dental tech was the only upside to my experience here he was fantastic and really supportive. Reception was snarky. Payment gal Amy was incredibly rude. This dentist is the most impersonal professional I have ever met. People get nervous having teeth taken out there is actual anxiety involved at one point during a different procedure in 2019 he yelled at me to stop crying and snapped that I was numb and shouldn't be feeling anything. He doesn't talk you though any of it and is just all around rude in this case his expertise is the only saving grace for this office in it's entirety. Let's work on being kind.
