I would not recommend this place. The Tools they were using were over heating and burned my mouth, while also dripping water all over the floor this is a hazard for the patient and workers. They had offered to do a cleaning on my teeth while I was there for a tooth ache but failed to inform me they did not have dental hygienist to preform the work on me. After noticing blisters in my mouth I informed The dentist she said that they were minor burns and seemed to not care at all. I never had a bad a experience in a dentist but this one was the worst. I would suggest checking tools and providing maintenance, provide a better service at explaining procedures and stopping when a tool is not working properly.

Called them for needing an emergency tooth extraction back sometime in January of this year because of extreme pain. Couldn’t do anything due to payment was HIGH. I qualify for payment plan was still WAY TOO HIGH. We all agreed I’d go back in when my dental card came in for my insurance. Fast forward. Called between my first and second visit for another round of antibiotic. Went in to see them a second time at the beginning of May(??) couldn’t because they didn’t run my Insurence card the mistake Insurence card I gave them. I even asked if they did and told me they couldn’t find. Asked again if they ran the card I brought in and same response. Rescheduled AGAIN. Couldn’t open my mouth at all. The doctors tried to look and couldn’t. Looked right at me and saw swelling an infection. Had three rounds of the same antibiotic for it to help NOTHING. Wake up swollen and in lain. Constantly in pain. Couldn’t eat AT ALL. Went in a third time to get a root canal. Couldn’t open so that was when my third rough started. Rescheduled AGAIN. Was suppose to go in today (6-3-22) to get my tooth extracted. My original appointment was at 3 pm but asked to move it earlier. NEVER called to inform me till I showed up at 9 am this morning that they didn’t till noon yet online it easy 9 am and their days 10 am. WHAT?! Got a referell and was taken care by AOMS. Time to start the road to recovery!!! Over all, pretty nice people but seriously HORRIBLE communication with patient and patients mother. They told my mom they would call me for my reschedule for my third visit and never did till I called that following Friday (5-27-22 I believe). Believe it took me TWO calls. First one was left on hold. Second time someone answered. I completely understand they get busy but seriously! That was ridiculous!! They never listened twice when I told them I had three rounds of antibiotics and not two. Inside is very professional but outside and location is questionable. Location is quite busy with traffic
