Absolutely loved my hygienist today!!!

Excellent people and service. And a very nice environment to boot! I highly recommended!

I've been going to Austin Family Dentist for years now, and I can't compliment or recommend them enough. The staff is always really friendly and Dr. Tucker rules. They identified early signs of gum decay which resulted in a gum graft, and years later all is looking healthy.

If I didn't have a dire need to fill cavity and replace a large filling with a crown, I would have initially said an hour and half of drilling was "cruel and unusual punishment" BUT Dr Tucker and Assitant Jill not only made it bearable but kept me calm and with their caring kindness the time flew bye -in no time, I was heading home a happy patient. THANKS to such a professional team. Last week when I was there I was feeling weak, as I entered today, each team member asked me how I felt today. What a "Family Team" ! Thanks. jerry Addition on 5/1/18: I was 'squeezed' in to file down a chip tooth - took 5 mins. Doesn't get better than this. j h 4/3/19: I had a new hygienist who knew her business. The hygienist Pat is missed. Thanks for the good service. jh Addition on 8/14/19: You all get better with age - warm welcome by Melissa, Shirneel was her usual efficient hygienist self, even Jennifer popped in to say hello and Dr Tucker speedily evened a rough spot. Looking forward to next visit. jh 7/24/20: Coming in for my 6 months cleaning is always a pleasure. Jennifer welcomes the patients as a family member. First time I had Brittany cleaned my teeth, it was pleasant and now I have a bright smile. Excellent service at a convenient location. Dental hygienist was lovely and made what can be a traumatic experience (for me, at least) very easy. No parking problems either.

Debbie was my dental hygienist this morning. She is wonderful. Patient, kind, but also very honest. I'm not the type who likes dentists who just tell me I'm doing a good job brushing and flossing and then move on. Debbie was very honest with her assessment, showed me a new product to use (even went to the website so I could buy it) because the flosser I'm using now isn't doing its job, and took her time to teach me how to use it. 5 stars.

I have been visiting Austin Family Dentist for seven years. This is one of the best dental offices I have experienced. Very clean. Good staff. Very modern and up to date equippment. And a good dentist! Highly recommended!

I had a broken wisdom tooth with an exposed nerve that needed to get pulled. My regular Dentist could not get me in until next week. Dr. Tucker was able to get me in the next day. He was very personable, and professional. Made quick work of that broken tooth at an affordable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, or go to him any time my regular Dentist can't get me in.

I am completely satisfied with today's experience and my previous visits. I would definitely recommend Austin Family Dentist.

They are always Professional and do a Great job!!

I called Austin Family Dentist on a Tuesday morning looking for a same day appointment because my crown had fallen off of my molar on Christmas day (2 day's earlier) and my dentist's office was closed for the week. Austin Family Dentist was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Kieschnick and her tech were so nice and professional. They fixed me right up. And the cost was not astronomical, either. I believe it was $242 which included an X-ray to make sure my tooth was okay before they reattached the crown. Oh, and the staff up front was very nice and patient. I called three times because my GPS took me to the wrong place, I couldn't find their building and then I forgot to bring the paper that had their office number on it and had to call again. Suffice it to say I was a pill and they were very sweet about it.

Great, friendly dental office. Run on time. My hygienist was Sierra, she did a great job. Both dentists give good advice and guidance.

I have nothing but really positive experiences with the practice. Brian Tucker is a kind, caring and attentive dentist. His staff are all really excellent too.

Best dental office in Austin! Been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they continue to exceed all expectations in their service and expertise. Would definitely recommend anyone to rely on this team!

As with most people, I dreaded going to the dentist for a long time, so much so that I neglected my dental health to the point I needed urgent attention. I chose Dr. Tucker because his office, at the time, was around the corner from where I lived and it's honestly one of the best choices I've made. He's done miracles with my teeth, I've never felt pressured to do elective procedures (which has happened at other places I've gone to), and the staff around him are great to work with. Ten'ish years later and I keep coming back, I cannot recommend AFD enough.

I had a good first appointment at the Austin Family Dentist. I was happy with the kind hygienist, the teeth cleaning and exam and the polite receptionist.

Had a cleaning with Liz yesterday and an exam with Dr. Tucker after my long time dentist started acting out of the norm with scheduling and consistently re-booking me. Liz was thorough with the cleaning and detailed with explanation in procedures. Liz was friendly, personable, and patient comfort centric. Dr. Tucker was friendly, and personable as well; he explained the clinical matters in detail. I left feeling that I had made a good choice in my dental care. I actually look forward to my return in six months for my semi annual cleaning. This establishment does not appear to be part of a chain, I am weary of chain dentists due to previous experience. Nicely Done AFD! *Update* Went in for my 6 month cleaning and to have a cavity filled that was postponed due to COVID outbreak. This team was beyond amazing, and courteous. Explained in detail every step of the way and made effort to educate me on my care and dental plan. I am truly happy to have chosen this dentist, the best part is the office is right down the street from my home. **Update** Went for another 6 month cleaning, and nothing has changed with this team. They are truly oustanding human beings, and have great chairside manner. I am so happy I chose this dentist office for my dental care. Liz was my hygentist again and did an outstanding job again! I always feel guilty eating or drinking after a cleaning. Thank you so much! **Update** Went again for a cleaning, going through a rough patch in my life so I had to be all smiles and act cool. Liz was extremely calming and definitely thorough yet again. It is nice to have someone who genuinely cares about the patient. Most places make you feel like cattle, AFD is not that place. Dr. Tucker is friendly and personable, and I will be back. I have had a nightmare dentists in the past, Dr. Tucker is not one to fear. 10/10 recommend!
