Dr. Loveless and staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly to people who enjoy excellent customer service. Dr Loveless has a wonderful dental chair manner. He is skilled in making patients feel comfortable. The hygienists are gentle and pleasant. Austin General Dentistry is great from beginning to end! From the friendly receptionist Elizabeth to the gentle Crystal & Chelsea, the hygienists, and the exceptionally thorough & personable Dr. Ryan, this dental office is exceptional! We always feel confident & comfortable that our needs are being met.

Dr. Ryan Loveless completed a major cosmetic job on me, prepping and crowning 14 teeth, with smashing success. I was pretty nervous leading up to it, so asked a million questions. Dr. Ryan answered them all patiently, putting me at ease for the big day. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Austin General Dentistry for all your dental needs, both big and small. All of the staff at AGD is great too! You won't be disappointed. Plus..... Dr. Ryan is and an avid fly tyer/fisher, which clinched the deal. :)

I live in Houston and come to Dr. Loveless for all of my dental needs and cleaning. Dr. Loveless and his team make a dental experience very easy, and always think of your comfort, whether a simple routine cleaning or a root canal. They have definitely gone above COVID guidelines to keep all patients and staff safe. I highly recommend Austin General Dentistry.

I had a great experience today at Austin General Dentistry. Dr. Ryan was extremely kind, patient and gave a very clear explanation of what was going on with my tooth. I have a lot of dental anxiety but Dr. Ryan made the experience as pleasant as possible. All of the staff were attentive and the whole office handles the Covid precautions seamlessly. I was a new patient with a dental emergency and they scheduled me very quickly. I have been to 4 or 5 dentists over the past 7 years to find a place I felt comfortable. My looking is over and I plan to be a Austin General Dentistry patient for years to come.

3 crowns changed and gum repair from decay and no pain during or after! Miraculous! Dentist is very professional and so is all of his staff. Corny jokes are included!

Whether your visit is routine, urgent or somewhere in between, he is completely responsive to your wishes and needs. I am incredibly happy with the treatment and care I’ve received. Dr. Hassell has been my dentist since the 1970s & his successor Dr. Ryan is now my regular dentist when Dr. Hassell is taking a break. Both are excellent dentists.

I have been going to Dr. Hassell for almost 20 years now and have never had a bad experience. I have loved getting to know Dr. Loveless and think he makes a great addition to the team. Sandy runs the office seamlessly and is always very helpful.

I'm giving them 5 stars because there is no option for 10. I was recommended to Dr. Ryan after I had taken my son to another dentist. and was quoted 3 times the price. Austin Dentistry got us an appointment quickly, and saw that the other place was trying to over treat my sons issues. Dr. Ryan treated me and my wife like longtime friends and my son as if he was his own. Can't say enough nice things about the entire staff we dealt with. Good people.

I am fairly new to the area so I've been looking around for a new dentist. A friend recommended this group and I am SO impressed! I have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Ryan Loveless and Dr. Lauren Loveless (how cute is it that they are a married couple?!) and they are both so professional, gentle, kind and their skill level is obvious. I have had multiple small procedures, all of which were performed quickly and painlessly. They always took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and I really appreciated the quality patient care. I was really impressed as well by the office staff. My hygienist Crystal is so sweet and professional. The front desk is very efficient and kind and they always call with a reminder call the day before. My whole extended family is now going to this practice- they are the best!

I recently connected to a new wonderful Job with another company...and was leaving my old company of 8 yrs. Then an old crown broke... I was so worried..could I get my insurance to pay for it..(have not left old co. yet)... and called Dr. Hassell's office right away... The Next day, they had me in and fixed the issue...the front desk staff were wonderful, and submitted the claim right away... In addition, Dr. Hassell (as always) was professional, kind and so gentle...truly a professional. He knew exactly what was happening, had predicted this crown would go...and fixed it. Also Kristal and Rikki, Dental assistants, were experienced and professional. Thank you Dr. Hassell and staff YES go to him A+++++++ by the way...I was able to stay on as relief staff for the old company while beginning work at new company...but this tooth would still have been a big issue as my new insurance would not "kick in" for 2 mos.
