I love this dentist and his staff! They are fast, efficient and actually funny. They are gentle and care about your comfort. I have had my wisdom teeth removed here as well as cavities filled and both were painless. I also take my 5 year old to Dr.Chen and he is great with him too, very patient and kind. I enjoy going to the dentist now which I have never said before in my entire life so there's that. They are also open 1 Saturday a month so that is a big plus. If you are in south Austin go see Dr.Chen, he is the best!

Dr Chen and his staff are great. I feel likes it is very hard to find trustworthy dentist. I used to travel from Slaughter to see Dr Snow up near Medical Parkway since I loved him, but when he retired I needed to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Chen since he's such a great dentist. I have had horrible experiences with a lot of dentist in Austin that recommend treatments that are unnecessary just to make a buck. Dr Chen is far from this. Highly recommend him!

Dr Chen is excellent. He is very caring and compassionate, but also direct and to the point without fluff or pomp. He always gives me a straightforward answer about any questions I have about my dental health and is eager to give polite recommendation. I tell anyone looking for a dentist in south Austin that they should see Dr Chen.

I recently moved down south from cedar park and really didn’t want to travel 45 minutes each way to see my old dentist. I found Icon Family Dentistry close by and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and service. I really don’t like going to dentist and in fact I get a bit anxious. The staff put me at ease and walked me through everything before starting the procedure. As I was having the work done they talked to me and made sure I was doing good. The follow up care was just as great as the first visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I'd been dealing with a tooth ache for a while, and they were very accommodating to me as a new patient. Got me in quickly, and were able to diagnose/resolve the problem. The staff, including Dr. Chen, were all very friendly and professional.
