I love the staff here!! Very postive, informative and lovely bedside manner! My Husband and I had an appointment together, we were both very nervous about our screenings but as soon as they sat us into the room the techs just made us feel so comfortable we didn't even know why we were nervous to begin with lol! I will highly recommend this place to anyone! You will not be disappointed with the experience they provide and the staff!! Superb! Thank you staff, Dr. Blythe and Dr. Gaffney! Yall are the best!

Best cleaning I’ve ever had! Friendly, professional staff all around. All of my dentists here have taken the time to talk to me and explain all of my treatment options. Hygienists are all great and do an extra good clean while making you feel comfortable the whole time. I briefly changed dentists due to insurance but quickly returned to BLVD because they are so amazing!

Everyone is super friendly here and Dr Gaffney is awesome as usual. Looking forward to complete my treatment here

I had to change dentists, as my last dentist stopped taking my insurance. After searching around, I decided to go with BLVD. They were helpful while I asked questions as I looked at my options. I had my initial appointment today, and all staff were professional and considerate. They were thorough with the exam, and I felt very comfortable with the process. As a plus, there are some good restaurants very near the dentist office, which I will look forward to visit in the future.

Terrible experience on multiple occasions. My first bad impression was when I had a crown procedure done and I was told 2 weeks until the crown arrives, I had a temporary tooth in the meantime. After 18 days I received a call saying it would be a couple more days. So 10 days later I still hadn't heard anything, after calling multiple times and them apologizing for the delay I finally got my crown put on after 40ish days. I decided to give them another try because they said they switched companies that made their crowns. My wife had an appointment that they cancelled, no big deal but when she tried to reschedule they said it would be a month away. I called and asked if she could take my appointment that was in a few days and they cancelled mine and gave the spot to my wife. Erica just called and said they can't keep that appointment hahaha so I lost my appointment and my wife lost hers because they feel we're not as important as another customer evidently and keep in mind we've spent close to 10k in dental work there, I would like to be treated as a valued customer. Terrible customer service

This is the best dental hygiene experience I’ve ever have. They create my personal file/document in a super professional way with all the images and photos. The care about each individual of my teeth. They explain everything pretty clear and easy to understand. The hygienist is nice and did a great job to make my teeth nice and clean. Already scheduled the next appointment in 6 months.

An overall pleasant and warm visit all around, was taken care of well by the DA Hygienist and the doctor. Everything was explained in great detail and they walk you through every step of the process from condition of teeth option of treatment and very flexible with insurance shenanigans. Already have my next appointment set and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend

BLVD has been nothing but great! I’m currently at the end of my Invisalign process, and loving the results! Dr. Brenner and staff have been very friendly and extremely flexible, working with my crazy travel and work schedule. Highly recommend.

Everything one was professional and pleasant.

I tried to schedule a routine cleaning and exam. They told me I couldn't be seen without updating x-rays. I arrived for x-rays, and immediately I was pressured into signing up for a seemingly unaffiliated insurance. This is where I should have just left. After being in the office for over an hour, I was given a treatment plan totalling over $4000 for cleaning, and repair of two fillings. My plan includes two separate visits for cleaning, each over $1000. I'm not an expert in the cleanliness of my teeth, but that cost approaches $100 PER TOOTH. I asked my family members, and most said $250 for an entire cleaning session and exam was their norm. This was an order of magnitude higher than that. I was pressured into a custom fitted mouth guard, despite explaining that I used a medication that made me grind my teeth two years ago and had stopped for over a year ($700). I was then pressured into signing up for this treatment plan (with or without insurance) while I was still in the dental chair. Even after I said I wanted to think it over, I was pressured again into the dental plan because it would reduce the bill today. Their official documentation includes the price for both out of pocket and with their insurance for sale. It felt like I was going deeper into a time share. Fun story about x-rays: I had trusted it was time to update them, but upon cursory Google searches most insurance won't cover them more than once every 5 years. I got them, 2 years ago, at this location. I was charged $171.00 for this. I spent over an hour at this location, getting x-rays I didn't need or ask for, pressured into insurance I didn't want, and at the end, I didn't get the service I actually signed up for: teeth cleaning. I gave 2 stars because I was upsold 2 years ago when I had my own dental insurance, but at least then it was not very expensive. Maybe if your insurance covers it it'd be fine, but otherwise no thank you.

They get you in and out and great service. 10/10 recommend.

I hate the dentist! But Dr Blythe and her team are amazing, and put me at ease whenever I’m there. The work is quality, I have never had any issues. The staff are compassionate, professional and friendly.
