I hadn’t been to see a dentist in quite some time. The last experience I had was mediocre at best but this place redeemed what I thought was the typical dentist experience. Everyone was very helpful, gracious and positive. And the staff was knowledgeable and very thorough. Shout out to Josh for the great deep cleaning today! Dr. Robin Bethell WAS AMAZING!!! I wasn't a current patient of his, but Christmas Eve, I called this location in excruciating pain (my dentist that's affiliated with this company called in sick) I wanted it out (although terrified) the receptionist's put me on hold to see if there was anyway someone could squeeze me in..Dr. Bethell came on the line and said, I hear your in a lot of pain and I'm going to see what I can do for you, he did express his caution to what he could do, but he sought out the proper help (it was a wisdom tooth) long story short nothing from my first contact either this location and the staff I experienced their warmth, friendliness and exceptional care.
