I am moving away from Austin (back to my hometown I left 40 years ago) and one of my deepest regrets is no longer living near Lakeside Dental. In fact, I am thinking about planning my Christmas visit back to Austin to include a dental appointment so that I can see him and his staff once again for a cleaning and check-up! I got my first cleaning in ten years and thanks to Kayla my teeth feel so clean and my smile is so much brighter!! My kids both were seen aswell and she was Fantastic with my nervous children. She has a very light but thural touch. Kayla is very good at what she does. And Dr. Vincent has a great personality and has a good eye for catching the little things. We need some work but his team was able to put together an extremely doable plan :) I overall highly recommend the whole staff at Lakeside dental.

I previously tried another dentist in town and they treated me like I was barely there and were a little high-cost, so I went to Doctor Morales for some fillings. He and his staff are just really nice people offering reasonable prices, and he gave me five small fillings within about 40 minutes, which seemed like quick work to me. I'm really glad I found Doctor Morales. After my fillings were done, as I'd told him I wanted to seriously correct the crookedness of my teeth, he informed me that what I need would be better to go to an orthodontist for, and he actually walked with me next door to a great orthodontist. On top of all that, Morales does oral cancer screenings for all of his patients and he explains everything he's doing very clearly as he's working on you. I don't think I'll need another dentist as long as he's practicing here! Very smooth experience.

I stopped by 02/20/2018 and want to see the clinic and the environment there, I am looking for a new dds dr and after a few questions from the front desk lady did not give me any confident about the business running there as well as asking for a quick tour in this small clinic. But she denied me. At the time of my visit 10:30a there was NO ONE in the waiting area. no noise from the dentist equipment from behind the close door. My questions were... 1) does this clinic take Delta Dental PPO? yes 2) how many hygienist provide service here? 1 3) how much time usually wait for the appointment? she stumble and didnt provide clear answer 4) How honest is the billing system? she also stumble 5) can i have a quick walk tour so i want to see the equipment and the cleanliness? also stumble and denied me as well I never feel so unconfident & not trust like this one.

I love this office!! The entire experience was the best I've had when dealing with a dentist. I've been having severe tooth pain after a botched root canal, and I was dealing with dentists that kept wanting to do more work that was causing more pain.... My husband found lakeside dental and Dr. Morales was amazing, he listened to my concerns and agreed the tooth was in the back and could easily be removed. The entire procedure was quick and painless and Dr. Morales talked me thru the entire thing, he was calm and easy going and made the process stress free. The office staff and dental assistants were all amazing, they make you feel comfortable and at home. I truly can't say enough good things about them.... our family found our dentist for life!
