Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

An appointment got set incorrectly. I went through a who treatment plan when I only needed ortho. The prices treatment prices were ridiculous. Then they send a sales woman in to give you the price of the treatment. I had several treatments done in the past 3 months and in total did not equal to the amount they wanted me to pay for a crown. This is ridiculous.

This is the worst Dentist office I have been to, Lafaye should not be working at the front desk, she has very poor customer service skills. We were overcharged and even with multiple messages, no one called me back I had to physically go in to correct the charges. Very fraudulent practice.

Called 2/16 to schedule an appointment. My information was taken down and I was told the scheduler would be in touch. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Called back 3/2 and left a message. 3/3 someone called and left a voicemail to call back. Called back promptly and again had my information taken down and was told someone would be in touch. 3/8 still haven't heard back.

My RDH Dina was so pleasant & through & Dr. Siatrim was very sensitive & caring. Erin was so welcoming as well. Great experience.

This place used to be my favorite but the last year has been terrible as i’ve had 3-4 different orthodontists assist me in my 24 month ortho plan, once completed the Dr refused to remove them due to him not being satisfied with results& even after me requesting removal i was told Dr makes the decisions, after over 30+ months i was told i had to pay an additional 1K for the removal after already paying the contracted 5K in full..after management got that issue resolved on THEIR behalf & finally getting them removed i was horrified to find my teeth were permanently damaged due to “keeping braces on too long” and now suffer with Painful large holes in my teeth & glue which the Dr told me are permanent. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but ended up a Pathetic waste of money& time, wish i would have went elsewhere.

They push unnecessary procedures. Not affordable, even with insurance.

I don’t trust these guys. Their “upselling” is corrupt. They try to sell you things you don’t need. Then when you say no to this, they did some questionable things, including not doing the basic things. Will be filing a complaint with the State.

My experiences with every person, staff, front desk, assistants and Doctors have been exceptional. I have received warm reception at my arrival, and top rate dentistry and care. Keep it up!

Always professional and caring. I trust their service each and every time for the past three years. Dr Winstrom is thoughtful. The front desk is efficient and pleasant. I have referred family many times. Dr Loath, Endodontist is amazing!

The doctor ands his staff are exceptional professionals. I was always treated with respect ands informed of every step of the treatment and process from the time I stepped foot into the office until I left. Great people!!!

They saw me super fast and took very good care of me. I actually dislike going to the dentist but they made me look forward to going back.

It’s the customer service for me! The ladies up front assisted my sons and I with everything we needed. I can not thank them enough! The dentists did an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist.

I'm here now waiting just like the other reviews. I'm confused because I received a call from informing me they had a cancellation yet I'm have been here over an hour waiting. The young lady who did the x-ray is very unprofessional. I suggest look for another dentist.

Very nice and professional team. Dr. Winstrom was very informative and stated everything he was doing. Front desk staff very friendly. I recommend this office.

I went to Modern Dentistry in Cedar Hill on Sept. 9th for a cleaning. They said I had a cracked took in the back. I agreed for them to fix it. After I left a few hours later I could barely open my mouth. I called the office and told them about my mouth went back in Monday the 19th. I saw the Dentist and she said I am sorry but I hit a muscle and it’s swollen and inflamed. I asked for pain medicine because I am in so much pain trying to open my mouth to eat. I have to push food in my mouth off the fork and by the time I finish eating I am in so much pain but she refused to give me anything to help with the inflammation or pain. I can hardly brush my teeth due to the pain and not being able to open my mouth. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life.

Still waiting for my appointment. Called too many times no one is picking up. Need my perio care

Fantastic dentist office! It couldn't be better. The ladies at the front office we're super friendly. The time called in for ex-ray was reasonable time. I have gag reflex when ex-ray is done, the ladies are always patient and gave me mouth wash to distract my mind when the piece that goes in the mouth for the ex-ray. When a procedure is done, the doctor is very open minded and he will hear what you have to say for any issues. The time for all my procedures are pretty good. The doctor can do some procedures that most dentist offices can't do. I couldn't ask for a better dentist then here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too much waiting!!! Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. I was given every excuse in the book, none of them were true. They scheduled my appointment at 1p and was still in lunch until 130p. Pick another dentist!!!

Every member at this office is a professional and will treat you as a patient vs a customer!
