In my experience, this office is full of deceptions, they billed me for bone graphs they told me wasn't needed because in their own words when they called me at 6:02am they were simple extractions. The immediate denture was not available after extractions as I was told I'd walk out with them (I didn't)they weren't ready. When I got them they didn't fit. They tried adjusting them to no avail. They have a wedge on the right-side that does in no way near my bottom teeth. (Try to smile with a space very noticeable in your mouth) the Biller in this office is a blatant deceiver (in my opinion). Please check your EOB's thoroughly. And please ask for a pre-determination letter and make sure they send it before any procedure. And yes I cancelled appts that interfered with my Chemo, As I explained to them at the onset(my oncologists came first) and I did reschedule. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Please don't pay up front. NOW THEY HAVE ADDED AN ADDITIONAL 50.00 FEE BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED MY APPT DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WHEN THEY CALLED TO RESCHEDULE I ADVISED THEM I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COME AS THE WEATHER WAS BAD AND MY IMMUNE SYSTEM WAS COMPROMISED AS A 3X CANCER SURVIVOR..FEB 1ST THRU FEB 3RD. Also, when I called at the onset for Dr. Dong Lim because he was in my network they failed to tell me he wasn't a part of them any longer. With the problems I was having with them, I even mentioned I hadn't even met Dr. Lim they still did not enlighten me. I found out by checking the reviews (too late). They've already received 930.00 for immediate dentures that wasn't immediate and not a proper fit. REALLY!!!

The front desk and reception women were great. They were so sweet and accommodating. However, my hygienist, while not necessarily out right rude, was very condescending. I do not think I’ll be back to this dentist office

I booked an appointment online. From my end, the appointment looked confirmed, but apparently it wasn’t. They said they normally send a message saying call the office to confirm. I didn’t get that message because they didn’t send it. This was my first visit here. How was I to know this? But they worked me into the schedule as an emergency appointment, but no cleaning. I get back in the stair and they say that they can look at me but not really do anything because I don’t have a medical clearance due to pregnancy. I didn’t know that I needed one.I could have gotten one easily at the dr since I was there yesterday but no one communicated this to me. I definitely entered this with my health information on the online booking portal, but they didn’t even look at this until this morning. All of this could have been understood as a series of unfortunate events, except that they kept making it seem like it was my fault in some kind of way, like i should have known the office was supposed to request that I call, or that i should have communicated that I was pregnant (which I did). All of this would have been available if they had pulled my booking from their system, which they did not do, and that is most certainly not my fault. Also…apparently the dr I booked with is no longer at the office. This isn’t communicated anywhere on the website.

Doctor Lim doesnt see patients here anymore. I think its the duty of the dental office to tell new patients that doctor Lim, who you drive 20 miles to see and researched all those reviews for, does not practice here anymore. The new doctor is a young lady who is adequate. Just disappointed that so much of this dental practice is built on someone who is not there anymore(apparently he moved to Hawaii, aloha!) and there is no way to find out that hes not there unless i explicitly asked (that last part is on me, never again)

Dr Lim and his team are absolutely top notch. Caring and compassionate, they make a trip to the dentist feel like a cakewalk! They do everything possible to make sure you are as pain free as possible. They are polite and conscientious. They work with your financial situation to try to make everything as easy as possible on you and your pocketbook. Springcrest Dental offers many options and works with you to bring your best smile to the forefront. I didn’t think I would be able to find a dentist that I liked as well as my dentist in Oklahoma but since becoming a patient of Dr. Lim I must say he has surpassed my expectations! Staff are gracious and sincere and work to make you feel like you are the only patient they have at the time! Sincerely appreciate all each of you have done and will do to make my smile beautiful! This was by far the Best Experience Iv had at a dentist office. Everything was new and comfortable. Everyone was really nice and inviting. I especially appreciate Stephanie for her patience and her extreme knowledge in what she does. She made me feel like family.. Highly Recommended!!!

I have nothing but good news when it comes to Spring Crest Dental in Cedar Hill Texas! The staff and doctor are wonderful! Front desk representative Mary has been truly awesome and I appreciate her patients with my questions and request! A thousand thanks for bringing back good service! Please keep up the good work!

Bottom line up front: GO HERE!!! THIS DENTAL CLINIC AND ITS STAFF ARE AMAZING especially for those who dread getting dental work done. Long Version: Hands down best dental experience I've ever had. To make it easy for you, here's a list of some things that I love about this Dental clinic: - Their location is clean and beautifully styled. You can tell the level of professionalism this place operates in upon stepping foot in their clinic. - Dr. Lim is probably the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had many due to moving a lot for my job. During a procedure, I complimented him on his "light hands" when I barely felt the injected numbing agents before my dental work. The rest of my appointment was painless, my bite feels great and the sensitivity is gone. You can tell he really cares about his patients. - Noemi is an amazing patient coordinator. She worked with me on all the challenges with dealing with my insurance provider. She's also super fun to talk to just like all the dental techs I've met in this office. To be completely honest, prior to this dentist, I had borderline odontophobia (fear of the dentist--yes, there's a name for it people), but this place helped me feel like dental work was just another routine maintenance activity that should be part of a healthy self-care routine. In conclusion, GO TO THIS PLACE, they take their time and do everything to make the overall patient experience (especially in pain management!!!!) a great one! That's a hard one to pull of at the dentist, but they always deliver every time.

Came for a cleaning and staff was very nice and friendly. Melissa did an awesome job, definitely needs a raise!

Today was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I received a root canal and had absolutely no pain during the procedure. Everyone at the office is super nice.

I hate going to the dentist but I always enjoy my visit here! Dr. Liam is amazing and Naomi is great with a wonderful personality

Dr. Lim is obviously very passionate about dentistry. He took his time explaining the treatment he recommended and why he was recommending it. Everyone there was very welcoming. I can't recommend SpringCrest Dental Enough!

I’ve never liked going to the dentist before but Dr. Lim and his staff are hands down the best dental place out there! Everyone is so kind and friendly. From the super awesome receptionist, Naomi to the kind and caring dental assistant Nicole, this place really makes your fear or anxiety of going to the dentist disappear. I highly recommend going here!

Dr. Lim and staff are the BEST! It takes much patience for a patient like myself who has dental anxiety😬, but they use every method to reassure me and keep me calm, which says a lot! Hats off to Front desk assistant, Noemi who has the most contagious Bubbly personality ever, she does not mind going over and above whatever the patient needs. I would recommend SpringCrest Dental to anyone. Since I’ve been a patient, the services and staff are great!
