Dr. Hoppe and his staff are absolutely amazing! 5+ star all around the board for sure! They make you feel so comfortable and have a great since of humor. Bedside manner is 100% the best! I do not understand the negative reviews. I have been going for years and have no complaints. Dr. Hoppe is friendly and honest. He is also known to give you a good laugh or two. I probably get preferential treatment because my constant cavities and crowns have paid for his car and house :) Best dentist I have ever had actually.

Best dentist I have had and been coming here for years. Mr. and Mrs. Hoppe both really know what they are doing and are extremely honest. I originally came here because I felt my former dentist was charging me too much. As it turns out I was right and I have stayed here every since. Carla at the front desk is very nice and professional. She goes the extra mile to look at your insurance plan to help you figure out what your final cost will be after insurance. Most dentist offices do not bother doing this and expect you to do this ahead of time. Kudos for providing good service and looking out for your clients.

Receptionist is extremely rude, she also informed us that they do not accept half now and half later payments, but then aloud another client to do exactly that, right before our eyes. The receptionist we belive is doing this as she greatly dislikes us. It is not professional behaviour at all. I can go on with many other unprofessional actions the receptionist has done, like telling us the price of something only to up the price when it comes time to pay. I would recommend everyone to stay away.

I have been going to this place since I was 10! They did my braces and have been doing my teeth ever since. Dr Hoppe is so nice and really treats you like family. They do not make you do extra stuff unless you actually need it! I recently moved to temple and still make the drive to go there to get my teeth cleaned! Highly reccommend!

Dr. Hoppe is the most honest dentist I have ever encountered. His work is quick, efficient, and excellent. Over the years, I've been to numerous dentists and I really appreciate the skilled, swift manner of his work. Dr. Hoppe is an expert at giving numbing injections that don't hurt! He is very down-to-earth and involved me in the treatment decision without at all trying to "oversell" what needed to be done. This DENTIST is the worst dentist EVER!!! They want your money and insurance money!! I went there for normal cleaning. My insurance covers two cleaning in a year. They charged me $90 after insurance (total is 180!!). I was dumbfounded. I am told that they did DEEP CLEANING!! Really, all those years i get cleaning and i haven't noticed anything they did different than regular cleaning. Second time i went back and I told the person cleaned my teeth I DO NOT WANT ANY DEEP CLEANING considering maybe last time i missed something. She said OK! Guess what?? they charged me again $90 because they said they did deep cleaning. THEY ARE MISLEADING PEOPLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This place is a prime example of why people are afraid of dentist. They are not friendly at all and have to send 10 year Olds to a specialist for a root canal. They are not a family dentist. It might work for adults. My son left in tears and nothing was done other than x-rays

I hate going to the dentist, but I had a cracked tooth that was causing me a great deal of discomfort. I went to Dr. Hoppe based on my daughter's recommendations. She has had a lot of trouble with her teeth and I trust her opinions. I was very happy with my experience. Unlike the comments I have read here, they were very easy to work with, I heard Dr. Hoppe repeatedly tell patients that they did NOT need expensive/extensive work and my experience was quite pleasant. I had no pain with the root canal, the temporary crown fits well and doesn't hurt, and they were very careful to fully explain to me what my insurance covered and what it did and REFUSED payment until I was finished. A great experience and I will definitely sing their praises!! My husband went today for his teeth cleaning and was told that, in spite of what another dentist had told us, he did not have any signs of gengivitis and his teeth were in good shape. Our insurance fully covered his cleaning and xrays and they will send him a reminder for his visit in six months. GREAT office, GREAT dentist!

I went to Cypress Creek Family Dentistry for a typical 6 month cleaning that was covered %100 by insurance. They told me that they would not clean my teeth without a "root planning" procure and they told me that such a procedure was covered by my insurance. I go to the dentist twice a year every year and I have never needed such a procedure, so I ask them to please just clean my teeth, and they say no. Now, months later I receive a nice letter from the Dentist saying that they have tried everything to get my insurance to pay for the procedure but can't and I owe them over $600.00! After talking to the insurance company, I find out that a procedure like this is unnecessary in my situation unless there is bone loss, which I had none. After discussion with the dental office, they refused to lower my bill and sent the bill straight to collections! Avoid this place for sure.

Not a fan of Cypress Creek Family Dentistry. My Wife went to the dentist yesterday because of a chipped tooth. She was told a doom and gloom story...you need a root canal and $1000 in more work done over the next few months. So we scheduled the root canal. Since the procedure was going to be a root canal she requested nitros to help calm her for the procedure. Using nitro is an extra $75. They get her in the room and immediately put the mask over her mouth and starts pushing the gas. The dentist comes in a few minutes later and looks at the xrays and says we most likely will only need a filling. The good news was that's all that she needed. A little history...my Wife has had three open heart surgeries and three pace makers. To her, having a couple of fillings done is no big deal. She would have not requested the gas if that is all it was. So at the front desk its all about the money..."we need payment in full" even before they will take you back. Even if they gave you the wrong diagnosis to begin with. After the fillings were done they would not work with us on the extra charge for the gas. "She used it you need to pay for it" was her response. Our family will not be returning.
