I felt shame and judgement when going to your office in 2022. I was suffering with emergency dental surgery and was told I needed over thousands of dollars including jaw surgery that could have complications and facial change. I cried decided to leave and get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. I’m just disappointed I was treated poorly on how my teeth were at the time. I take care of them but you don’t know what someone is going through in their past.

I just recently found Swish, out of the blue when I was driving home, I needed a new dentist too and was having terrible mouth pains. I was hoping they’d have availability soon since my teeth were hurting and I got an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY. It was easy filling out paperwork, very easy overall exam and the SAME DAY, they got two of my procedures done!! They are so professional, nice, and comforting especially if you don’t like going to the dentist in general. Lol I’ve been recommending this place and will continue to!

I was a first time patient today with a cavity in a back molar. They took the necessary X-rays and and they were able to fit me in for the filling. The office manager came in and explained the cost involved with my insurance. The Dentist explained the status of my molar and did my filling without any issues. Overall I really was very pleased .

This location is very different from the South location where I used to go. They didn’t take that long to call me when I did the check-in. The nurse that saw me explained what would be the steps during my visit and even asked if there was any additional concern I would like to mention to the Dr., which I also explained. However, I feel like she could be more gentile while using the little device to take the X-ray. That thing is very uncomfortable on some spots and it really made very difficult for me to hold for a long time. But she didn’t seem to concern about it and kept going. The other thing that I would mention is that, she could mention during the procedure, what was she doing and instruct me on how to let her know that something was hurting me or was uncomfortable. I had to find my own ways to let her know that at some moments I was having a little bit more pain. So for sure, there was some lack of communication during my procedure. I thought she would inform the Dr. the concerns she initially asked, but no; I had to repeat them again. Other than that my visit was good. People in general are very friendly and it was a quick visit as well. The procedure itself was about 35-40 min.

Literally the best dentist appointment I have ever had. Front desk was pleasant. The staff was so nice and shout out to Beth for being so kind and knowledgable. She really took her time and got excited when i had questions. My doctor was quick, efficient, super nice as well. The payment gal(i dont know her name) was so sweet and hooked me up with a pretty nice electric tooth brush which was such a nice surprise i wasn’t expecting. She was patient while explaining payment options. I was a little confused and overwhelmed and she made me feel heard. Def coming back and telling all my people about this office.
