I love the staff here and have been going for a while, but after one missed appointment they charged me $100. The appointment was on a Monday, tried to call Friday but they were closed. I called right when they opened Monday morning to inform them I couldn't make it (Due to something extremely personal, which they were really pushy about wanting to know Why I couldn't make it). Really disappointing because I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist until this. UPDATE: The office manager reached out and was extremely professional and resolved my issue.
