Dr Green’s office is extremely friendly and hands down the best of the best! I highly recommend getting your dental care at this office in Fort Worth. I’ve been going to this particular office for over 15 years now and crazy thing is, it just keeps getting better. They are not only nice, they are highly knowledgeable and use the latest technology. No other dental care like it!

As somebody who’s been in and out of the dentist and somebody who has had nothing but bad experience after bad experience, I feel comfortable here. Thank you Dr. Mikulik for making me feel like home. I have been coming to this amazing office for several years now and would never think of going to another office. My hygienist Denell and her sweet assistant Bianca are always willing to do what it takes to make my appointments go smooth. I actually look forward to seeing Dr Mikulik as well! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

The team at Fort Worth Cosmetic & Family dentistry is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I felt like they cared about getting me the best results that I desired for my teeth. Jessica and Dr. Flosi were an incredible team, working together to get a treatment plan together for me that fit my goals is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a dental practice. I wish more doctor’s offices experiences were as enjoyable as this one. They were articulate and explained the steps perfectly so that I understood exactly what was going on. I started Invisalign back in November, and being that this is my first time doing ortho treatment, it has been a comfortable and even knowledgeable process. Crystal and Dr. Mikulik have taken incredible care of me through every step so far, and it’s clear they ensure quality and care in their work. Although my teeth weren’t too bad alignment-wise, I’ve seen drastic improvement, making this the best decision for my smile goals. I always have a great time when I come by the office, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

I have been going here for a few years now. Started going here after a long break of dentistry because of several previous bad experiences. Denell has been especially helpful as I got my teeth back into shape. She is patient and kind and knowledgeable about what she does. Did Invisalign and Crystal was awesome throughout the experience. Dr M was awesome with some dentistry work but all the docs have been great! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Laura and Kylee at Fort Worth Cosmetic and Family Dentistry and I am so glad that I did. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that I was in good hands. Dr. Laura and Kylee were so patient, comprehensive, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly examined my teeth, explained the process to me in detail, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They took their time to make sure that I understood every aspect of the process and left me feeling reassured and hopeful that I can resume going to the dentist without fear. Meghan was also extremely helpful and empathetic when I first called the office. She was so patient and understanding of my past bad experiences and made sure I felt comfortable before coming in and even came to visit with me when I was in the waiting room. I am so grateful for Dr. Laura, Kylee and Meghan for making me feel so at ease and for providing such excellent care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

My experience with FWCD has been amazing! Crystal has been the absolute best with my invisalign treatment. From my first consultation she has been so sweet, supportive, and communicative with everything. I have a far drive from campus to the office but she is always understanding about my schedule and she’s made sure my treatment is easy and fast. I’ve seen great results so far and I can’t recommend FWCD enough!

Was heading out of town for 9 days and my tooth broke. Walked into FtW Cosmetic and within minutes Crystal had me in a chair. Her sweet voice is so calming. She had me fixed up and back on the road quickly. Always professional, knowledgeable, Compassionate and friendly.

I have been to many dental facilities and there isn’t one that compares to the organization, timely experiences, cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, and much more that this facility provides. They truly care about their clients and what is best for you. It shows from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. Love being greeted by sweet Amber and my girl Kelci who always sparkles my teeth perfectly! FWC&FD takes pride in hard work and client satisfaction and it shows! Dr. Green and everyone at FWCFD are awesome! The hygienists are great! Kelci does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Oh man, this place is awesome. I sometimes think about popping in here just to hangout. The staff here is 10/10. Communication is 10/10. Technology is 10/10. I love it here. I especially want to shout out Crystal. She’s so great at what she does! She has taken phenomenal care of me during my Invisalign process. She deserves a raise!

Great place, Staff is very helpful and will get you where you want to be. Front desk people (especially Mrs.Meghan) are always so nice when you walk in the door

Michaela and Dr.Laura both treated me with patience and gentleness when I had to have a filing done, as well as Kelci did marvelous cleaning my teeth!

They are all friendly and helpful. They know their business! I have been going to them for years. Michaela and Dr. Laura are taking great care of me and my comfort with my new dentures.
