Impeccable service. Staff is understanding and very kind Dr. Parson and her assistant (sorry I didn't get the name) were welcoming and very detailed about what was happening. Victoria at the front desk did an awesome job assisting me. DR. PARSON is the only dentist that can numb my mouth without it hurting. She is so gentle and kind. I thank God for her and the staff. First, let me start with the front office staff, She ss just so friendly and genuinely kind. The medical staff was just as equally kind and friendly. I spoke with e office on 5 separate occasions setting up appointment over 2 weeks. I was very clear on what I needed. They even moved my appointment from a Dental hygienist to the Doctor to ensure I was able to get it done. When I arrived to the appointment, I was told that they couldn’t do what I needed. Wasted my time and lied in an attempt to get me in.

I visited Revive today after a botched experience with two other dental service providers. My experience from start to finish was great. The office manager/patient greeter was kind and explained everything that would happen. The dentist and her assistant were gentle, patient, and overall just caring. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was the only patient there. Looking forward to future visits.

I waited for my insurance to go from HMO to PPO so I can get back to this office. From the front desk to behind the scenes the staff is great. Making sure I wasn’t in pain during my procedure was high on the list of what the doctor was concerned with. I’m not going to another dentist. EVER

Poor experience and disregard for patient's time. Arrived 10 minutes early to appointment checked in and sat in the lobby with no notification that my appointment would be delayed. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes past scheduled appointment, then was informed that they are running behind schedule, and I will need to wait until they finish up. I ended up leaving with no services provided, and my time wasted. Had to coordinate with a grand parent to drop my son off at school to be on time to said appointment, reschedule a business meeting, and drive during a flash flood warning to hang out in the lobby. The office could have easily called me prior to let me know my appointment would be delayed. Could have chose to tell me when I arrived and checked in. Either of those would have been understandable. Or they could do nothing say nothing and see how long I want to watch tv in the lobby and wonder.
