The service and the staff are excellent. Went in for a crown replacement and they made feel very comfortable. No more anxiety going to the dentist.

Hands down, best dentist office in downtown! I asked all of my friends who has a dentist they like and would they recommend them for me? Of 12 recommendations, only 2 were up to the the standards and care we all deserve and appreciate, Downtown Dentist is my dentist of choice and helped me when I needed them the most, after a dentist nightmare by just going to “the nearest dentist to me”, a mistake I will never make again. THANK YOU DOWNTOWN DENTIST! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME AND WE ALL TRULY APPRECIATE YALL!!! =)

I love this practice. Friendly faces at every corner, quality care, and very convienent if you work in downtown. They understand office culture and offer early morning and lunch appointments to help accommodate your schedule. Can usually be seen on the same day if there is an emergency. Dr pagel has done my Invisalign as well as some fillings and I could not be happier with the results. Painless, clear expectations and pricing from the moment any treatment is discussed and he will answer any questions with compassion and patience. Even if I move away from Houston I will still make the trip to continue coming here.

I have never been happier than I am now with my dental care. The team at Downtown Dentists welcomed me like I was an old friend. They helped me get my teeth aligned, replaced old crowns that had failed, and helped me with my overall dental health, and it was FUN!! These folks are the best!!

My husband and I have now been to Dr. Pagel’s office for two appointments and could not be more pleased. My husband dislikes all medical appts and he likes Dr. Pagel too!!!! Vanessa cleans my teeth and I just adore her. She is sweet and does a great job. Same with Marcy for my husband. Dr Pagel, Dr Lyons, and downtown dentist office staff are super nice. Always professional, attentive, friendly, and encouraging. I’ve been with the office for over ten years and really enjoy working with the team. I’ve had two implants done at the the office, and they work really well. In particular, I like the way Dr. Pagel explains any decision making process (I always want to know why and how), and my hygienist Marcie is the best! She shared so many tips of teeth cleaning with me and always encourages me to do a good job at home. I genuinely like the office, thank you all!

Dr. Pagel is an amazing, skilled, patient and compassionate dentist. The nurses, hygienist and staff are all absolutely wonderful and long tenured. My husband and I are treated like family with the best care at Downtown Dentist, and we would go nowhere else for our dental needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Betty Albers for 30 years. She is a fantastic dentist and great communicator with her patients. My wife now sees her as well and Dr. Albers helped my mom with a crown during the early days of Covid. The entire practice is terrific ... from the hygienists to the front office staff. Scheduling and insurance handled seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Downtown Dentists provide excellent customer care and service. From check in to treatment, everything is explained and I know what to expect. Dr. Pagel and his entire team are attentive and thorough throughout the visit. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Pagel is the best dentist you could possibly have. As a new patient, I was obviously nervous, this being my first visit to a dentist in awhile. However, he made me feel like I was at home. He’s extremely attentive to your needs or concerns. And................he’s honest! I was referred to him for a root canal, and, based upon his expertise, he advised that a crown, which was cheaper, would be more advisable and the better solution. His 3D printer made my crown!!! I can’t say how much his honesty meant to me.I didn’t interact with the other dentists at this location, but I can say that the staff is awesome and extremely nice. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in roughly 5 years, Dr. Pagel and his staff have now made me a regular. Thank you, Dr. Pagel and your staff!

I had Marcy cleaning my teeth and she was the best I've ever had. I am always worried about going to a new dentist, but they made me feel right at home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Albers since I was about 7 years old-I am now 39. She is very patient and understanding. She takes into account any information I might have for her at every visit and does a comprehensive exam and cleaning. Highly recommend!
