Had the best experience with Dr. Phan and the staff. Was efficient in all aspects of my dental needs. Highly recommend. Great service

This place is wonderful! I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist and Dr. Phan and his assistant made me feel at ease. They are all so kind and professional and didn’t make me feel judged. Dr. Phan is very honest and throughly explained to me about my teeth and concerns. I felt very comfortable and I had little to no questions because Dr. Phan ensured I understood everything step by step before the end of my visit. This was my first time here and it definitely won’t be my last. I look forward to starting Invisalign with them and for my future visits!

Dr. Phan is nothing but professional when it comes to his work and patients. He helped me with a chipped tooth from an oyster shell.

Dr. Phan and his team have always been the best. They've given me the best care, the best recommendations and I always feel like they do care about my dental hygiene. I have a great fear for dentist. I've had scary and bad experiences in the past. I had a bad toothache and walked in. The staff were very nice and attentive. I've had dentists be very rude or mean but Dr. Phan was very nice, informative and did not pressure me into anything I did not want done. He gave me my options and did not try to lean me into anything I didn't want done. Through the whole procedure he made sure I wasn't in pain and I was comfortable. The nurse helping him did the same. Both are very professional and considerate. I'm sorry I can't remember the nurses name, I was too nervous to ask. 😔 I know I need more work done and Dr. Phan politely asked me to come back and try to get the work done, which I will. Keep up the great work you guys. Thanks to you all I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.

Space City Smiles is great! Dr. Phan has great bedside manner - he took the time explaining to me time frame and cost expectations for the Invisalign I wanted. He was open to questions and answered them without hesitation. He is polite to his staff, the office is clean, bright, modern decor and with new fancy equipment. There’s two TVs in the rooms to watch in a seated or reclined position. His assistants were constantly checking in with me about discomfort or pain during X-rays and molding. I felt very taken care of. There was even a small sectioned off area in the waiting room for kids to play! First time paperwork wasn’t overwhelming and took about 10 minutes to complete so don’t forget to show up a little early! If you’re considering dental work here, don’t even bother looking anywhere else!!

Dr. Phan takes the time to listen to your concerns and even goes out of his way to recommend better, more pocket-friendly alternatives to achieve the results you want. Highly recommend, I cannot say enough good things.. I always leave feeling like a million bucks, haha. My whole family also goes to him.. he did an amazing job with my mom's veneers as well. I've never seen her cry happy tears before.. he really goes above and beyond for all of his patients and it shows!

This is place is amazing since you get that was my first impression is very clean and charm and well organized their stuff really friendly and kind Carla was really nice and explained her own experience using Invisalign Dr. Jonathan really nice explain every detail about my future treatment really professional I can't wait to start my treatment recommended 100%

I can’t say enough positive things about this dentist and his staff. They do an excellent job and do not try to rip people off and don’t do unnecessary work. The dentist makes you feel very comfortable he’s excellent at what he does. And the office is always nice and clean

I had such a good experience at this dentist. He fixed my front tooth I was very insecure about and gave me my smile back, which I am so grateful for! dental assistant was really kind too and did a great job. I 10/10 recommend this dentist :)

I have been going to Space City Smiles for almost 2 years and highly recommend them! Staff: Dr. Pham and his staff are polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Pham is quick and through with his exam and is very nice to talk with. Ease of access and atmosphere: It is easy to get in and out of the office parking lot as it is not crowded, (just pull into and out of the lot slowly at an angle if you have a car as the entrance is steep). There is little to no wait when I have been (mornings and afternoon). The office is bright and clean throughout. They offer water and a play area for small children in the waiting area. The exam rooms have TVs on the wall and ceiling ,which is a nice touch during a routine cleaning, with comfortable exam room chairs. Scheduling: The first time I went for a routine cleaning I booked online and had an appointment within the week. They always answer the phone when I call the office and helpfully send reminders of upcoming appointments via text. I usually schedule my next appointment when checking out so haven't used the online scheduling since my first appointment. Services: I have had routine cleanings, dental x-rays, Invisalign, and have purchased teeth whitening strips at the office. Insurance covered the routine visits and x-rays. The Invisalign treatment and whitening trays were affordable and effective. Dr. Pham offered financing to manage the cost of Invisalign which was very helpful.

Johnathan Phan explained everything in details that I was able to understand. He was very polite and patient. Price was not over priced and I felt comfortable at the dentists office. The environment is extremely cleanly. I would highly recommended Space City Smiles.

Dr Pham made going to the dentist not a freak out moment. He puts you at ease right away. He actually cares. Unlike other dentist that Rip you off. He is fair and honest. The practice is immaculate. THANK YOU Dr Pham

I was flossing a couple days ago and one of my permanent crowns came off (initially placed on at a different practice, not by Dr. Phan). I don't have a go-to dentist in Houston yet but stumbled across Dr. Phan at Space City Dental while driving by. He was able to book me in within the next two days and re-cemented my crown on. He was very thorough, light with his hands, and always made sure I felt comfortable. The entire visit was very fast. Also, his staff are very nice and the office is exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back for future dental work as well as referring to him to all my friends an family.

First time here and got my tooth pulled…I enjoyed my experience with the staff and Dr.Phan. Very very nice people. The building is nice and cozy. They were very comforting , I was very nervous and they made sure to explain everything to me and assured me the whole way through. Thank you so much guys!

I love this dentist. :) My friend referred to me here because she has said that Dr.Phan is very good for dentist anxiety. I have not gone to the dentist in years and needed I finally but the bullet and went in. The office is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. There’s a small waiting room with clean restrooms and the patient rooms are also very nice. There’s TV screens to keep you occupied. I have done a routine cleaning and teeth whitening here and have been very happy with the results. :) Dr.Phan was incredibly helpful and kind. I plan to always come here to maintain my teeth health! :)
