Spring Complete Care Dentistry

Was looking for a walk-in dentist near me and tried this dental office here in Spring. Very pleasant;y surprised. Welcomed me warmly and even took the time to remove a tooth the same day. Wonderful dental office would recommend to all my folks.

Honestly the best service and dental in and around Spring hands down. I highly recommend taking your family here. They make you feel like part of the family and service itself is great as well. After my cleaning my teeth would be sensitive at other places but here they left my teeth feeling fresh and clean without the sensitivity that I would have before. If I could give 10 stars I would. My favorite part is that they are great with kids and making them feel comfortable. Amazing dentist facility.

This is a very honest and ethical dental office. If there is a problem, they will definitely let you know, but if there isn't a problem, they also won't make up phantom stuff to get money. I come here every time knowing that I can trust Dr. Tan to do the right thing for me and in my best interests only. Excellent dentist that is near me.

Had a very painful tooth removed yesterday by Dr. Tan here and I am very appreciative. Tooth had broken off completely and I was at 12/10 pain. Staff here was great got me in on a one hour notice and I had my problem solved and ready to go in another hour. Great dental office!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions. Maria and Dr. Tan always give excellent care with all my dental needs and concerns. My husband and I travel 1 1/2 hours one way to come here to receive our dental care and the drive is 100% worthwhile.

Best dentist in Spring, hands down. Been to several dental offices in the area none has been nearly as good as this place. From staff to the environment it is a top notch dental office. I will be bringing my entire family here for their dental care as Dr. Tan really is great!!

Love this dental office near me. Very easy to access and a great dental team here. Took care of my dental issues over the last couple of months and I loved the experience (yes, i actually loved it). Fees are very fair office is extremely nice and clean and most importantly the dentist is honest and forthcoming.

I had a great visit on Monday. The young lady that helped me check in at the front desk was awesome and very courteous. She was also very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Tan is a good and detail-oriented dentist. I also appreciated the use of inside the mouth pictures to show me some of the large cavities I had. It was kind of shocking for me to see but definitely helped me to understand what is going on. The staff is very helpful; even got me some coffee from the nice conference room with the glass (extremely nice!). Overall just a very smooth and pleasurable dental experience (can’t believe I am saying that word with a dental visit lol).

I live in Dallas and travelled down here with my wife last weekend to visit my brother in law. Over dinner for ribs I broke a tooth and was in agonizing pain. Called on Sunday and only Dr. Tan’s office was open and boy am I glad he is. What a wonderful dentist with a good staff. God me out of pain so I can actually drive the next day back. I might be back next time I am here for more work lol as I trust this office 100% now.

I really like Dr. Tan and his team here. Great people. I had a tooth pain last Saturday and called as a dental emergency. These great folks got me in right away and took care of it the same day. The fees were great as well for me who as a cash patient doesn’t have any dental insurance. Definitely a top-tier dental office here in Spring, TX.

Thankfully one of my clients recommend this dentist office to me! Dr. Tan is absolutely hands down the most caring, gentle and straightfoward dentist I've ever met. He actually listens, cares and wants what's best for his patients. He also has a good sense of humor and is an extremely intelligent and educated person (didn't know he has TWO doctorates). His facility is very eash to find and also very clean/modern looking. Would absolutely recommend this dental office 👌

Dr. Tan is truly a great person and a spectacular dentist. I had been to some shady dentists in the past, but from the first time I started going there he treated me with complete transparency and showed me all kinds of data on my own teeth so that I would have not a shred of doubt on what I need for my teeth. He explains whatever he's doing and makes me feel extremely comfortable. The whole time I was getting my root canal done I was watch my episode of Manifest lol. The staff are all very helpful as well.

I was in the office last weekend for a tooth extraction. The office staff was very friendly, helpful and warm. I appreciated the very thorough explanations and the extra effort in working with my dental insurance. The dentist himself and his assistant are fabulously skilled. I appreciated being told in advance on what I might hear and feel. The office atmosphere is friendly, light but at the same time very professional. It is a very new build and feels very high-class and modern. 100% will return for future work as I need it.

From my first visit here I have really liked this dental office. People are so nice here. And no sales pressure or tactics. I have been to places where they made it sound like I was going to die the next day if I didn’t do anything. I have done work here but always treated very courteously and without pressure. Great dentist also by the way.

Fantastically skilled dentist. I had a dental emergency over the weekend and didn’t know what to do as everyone was closed. Except Dr. Tan whose office was open. Took care of it and today my tooth is back to 100%. Extremely grateful to him and his awesome staff.

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, the folks I saw today were absolutely amazing and so nice to me and made me feel so comfortable! And the two lovely ladies at the front desk made checking-in and verifying my insurance super easy! Definitely glad I came here and I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to do the same!

Our whole family really likes this office, and its team. They have provided excellent care for my wife and daughter, and for them this is the only dentist that they trust, and so do I. They are also very honest: we had a billing question the other day about a claim submitted to our insurance company and they answered my question very quickly to clear up the confusion we had. Hard to find a good AND honest dentist nowadays but this office fits the bill

I was in desperate need of dental care, and I didn't know where to find a dentist here in Spring TX. I called around and tried to get a feel for who is good and Dr. Tan's office gave the best vibe. I love this office as the people make it not feel like a dental office to me and I feel that as a cash patient I didn't have to break my bank. I cannot express my gratitude, nor praise the service and compassion that I received enough from Spring Complete Care Dentistry. I highly recommend!!

Was looking for a dentist near me to do my root canal which I know I need for two months now. Glad I found Dr. Tan and his crew. Great dentist, very skillful, and very compassionate. Will go back whenever I need dental work done.

Friendly atmosphere and very patient staff. Great vibe and feel to the office. My kids don’t mind the wait with the cartoon the staff put in the waiting room TV. Dentist and assistants are also very professional. What’s not to like?
