21st Century is amazing. My hygienist Thu was so sweet and amazing! She addressed my concerns that I have about my oral health and educated me on better ways to take care of it to get me the pretty smile I want. I already feel better :)

21st Century Dental has been my dentist for 15 years. Dr. Roy is exceptional. The offices are set up very well, making the transition to a Covid affected process easy. The office has followed all guidelines and I feel safe and comfortable continuing to get my dental cleanings and other services performed here.

I loved my experience here! I generally feel anxious about any dental procedure, including cleaning, due to several bad experiences in last, but 21st century dental has changed that perception for me. My hygienist and doctor both were amazing. They took time to answer any questions that I had and were incredibly accommodating and respectful. In fact, they also provide nitrate (laughing gas) for cleaning as well as any other procedure. They also have blankets, ceiling mounted TV’s and massage chairs that will keep you comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking forward to having a luxurious and relaxing dental experience! Edit: It has been three years, and the above still holds true. My hygienist - Thu is the best!!

I was a bit nervous on my first appointment, but the whole staff was so friendly and accommodating that I was immediately at ease. Dr Veytsman is awesome! She explained everything she was about to do before doing it. She kept me very comfortable and pain free. I never felt rushed at all. Every employee had a smile on their face. If you need dental work, this is the place!

This is the place to be. The hygienist Diane and the DR were very thorough in explaining the state of my oral health. Suggested what I could do better at home. Which took away my anxiety and phobia of the dental office. They also gave a 7% discount of total bill. I’m over all satisfied with my visit, and will highly recommend 21st century dental. Also received a free whitening kit. Thank you very much!

21st Century dental was a great experience from start to finish. Came in for my regular cleaning and this had to be the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Attention to detail was very good as well as customer service. The office has reasonable prices and does not recommend anything you don't actually need. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Dr. Ashley, Lissette, and Leisa were awesome highly recommend them. 5 stars from me

Great Staff at 21st Century Dental! Had an old filling from previous dentist redone. Emily, the Dental Technician, was awesome.

Best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I usually dread making appointments because they either try to get me to pay for unnecessary treatments or are too rough even with the cleaning. This office makes you feel like you are at a spa. They listen to all of your concerns and treat you accordingly. Very conservative when it comes to what treatments you need instead of trying to find anything to make money off of you. Very thorough and knowledgeable; they inform you of everything they’re about to do and why they’re doing it, before and after. My hygienist went through every nook and cranny to make sure all the plaque is taken care of. You can tell they really care about their patients. They even offer a complimentary oral cancer screening on your very first appt. And lastly, they offer a Braum’s shake (vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry), cookies, or drink of your choice at the end! Never thought I’d say this but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! *Edit* Just received a bill of $456 from them 6 months since this post. This was just a routine cleaning appt and I paid whatever amount my insurance did not cover that very day because they looked it up for me before the special treatment they did during the cleaning. As far as I’m concerned, I should owe them nothing. Definitely not too thrilled about this bill. Will update. *UPDATE* I called again 4 days later and was told my insurance (Cigna) basically changed their minds on how much they want to cover because it’s out-of-network, as it turns out. Fortunately, I was told that they will take care of the bill this one time since it’s Cigna’s fault which I am truly grateful for. I did have to cancel my follow up cleaning since it’s still out-of-network. Truly unfortunate because this really was the absolute best dental care I’ve ever experienced.

Thu is an amazing hygienist!! My teeth tend to be super sensitive and she was very professional and GENTLE I would highly recommend her as a hygienist. Not to mention she is a a fabulous co-worker. Thanks for taking care of me and giving me wonderful care today as always

**Updated** Almost 5 years later (can’t believe I’ve been TX for that long already) and I’m still a patient. I love this office so much and Leisa never fails me! Dr. Bistrow is still there running such a great team. My teeth is well taken care of and I always get compliments on how beautiful they are. I’m new to Texas from Miami and I was looking for a dental provider. My coworker recommended Dr. Ashley Bistrow and I must say it’s one the best decisions I’ve ever made. The minute I walked through their door I was in love with the friendly atmosphere. The front desk secretary Catherine is a sweetheart, my dental assistant Leisa is awesome and Dr. Bistrow is so pleasant also beautiful. My cleaning went smooth and I left with my teeth feeling so refreshingly clean. I didn’t think they could top my dentist office back at home but they’ve instantly won me over. Thank you guys for welcoming me to North Texas.

Been going here for a number of years, cleanest/most luxurious dental office I’ve yet to see. Staff front to back is always the best, very accommodating given my typical last minute booking schedule due to my work away from home. They even recently fixed a serious error causing me pain from another dentist I was forced to use due to my travels. They spent about an extra hour of time using multiple special tools and methods to dislodge a piece of cement from a crown by the other dentist that was causing chronic intermittent pain/discomfort. They did this at no charge. Always recommend them. Also the Braums shakes and cookies for after the visit are always a great treat even for an adult such as myself.
