Dr. Patel has provided a great experience each time I have visited. Each visit Dr. Patel and staff are friendly and caring. They provide recommendable teeth cleaning and dental work. Scheduling an appointment is never a hassle, and they communicate through text which is very convenient. Thank you for taking care of my teeth.

Dr. Patel and his professional staff are all amazing! They go above and beyond to help the patients, and they quickly took me on as a new patient last year when I needed to switch dentists for an urgent implant and crown issue. Dr. Patel’s expertise and outstanding service are very much appreciated!! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental or orthodontic work. He along with his assistant, Karina, skillfully handled my Invisalign treatment, produced great results, and made the journey enjoyable and fun. He’s not only great at what he does but he’s also very attentive to patients’ needs/concerns and explains everything in detail every step of the way, and happily answers any questions that you may have. The clinic is impeccable and modern and the staff there are really welcoming, making a trip to the dentist less stressful and something you actually look forward to. I’ll definitely be recommending his practice to my family & friends, and urge anyone reading to give them a shot!

Love Dr. Patel, he is the best dentist we have ever had. We moved here from NY, lived in LaVillita and that’s how we came across Dr Patels office. We moved an hour away from Irving and we still come to Dr Patel! He is thorough, gental, funny and will answer any questions you have. My family and I are so lucky to have come across such a great dentist and lovely staff.

What a wonderful experience I had a Refined Dentistry. I loved everything about it. The ease of filling out paperwork electronically, the friendly staff and most importantly the dentist was very gentle and was able to remove stains on my teeth that I never thought would come out. I love how Dr. Patels since of humor. Great Job Refined Dentistry.

If you Don't go to him you have one problem, but you go to it will be two . Did not like his work, He is ruthless, insensitive and good at stabbings. Doe s not care what you go through. the most important part is he rents the fillings for 3 days to a week, he has a good list of referrals for unnecessary work needed, not attending the need of the hour.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel’s office. I have had some pretty traumatic experiences at previous dentist offices and when I told Dr. Patel my fears/anxieties he listened and was patient and kind. After some dental work needed, I realized that my experience with Dr. Patel is what going to a dentist should be like. He truly set the bar high. And his dental assistant was seriously the best! She was so sweet and personable. The whole staff is just so kind and top tier. I hope to never have to go anywhere else ever again.

Dr Patel is one of the greatest dentists in existence and his staff is impeccable. I had been struggling with my teeth for years and with one phone call they got me in and fixed one of my biggest problems within the hour, with time enough for me to pick up my daughter from school. I left there smiling and dancing because my confidence was refined. Dr Patel's skill and artistry is unmatched by anyone in the DFW area. If you're on Royal Lane or anywhere Riverside drive, this is the place to be. Karina the dental assistant and Katt made things so much easier for my life. I have been to several dentist's in the DFW area and this is the only place that doesn't require an arm and a leg to restore the confidence in your smile once again. Thank you Dr Patel and staff. I found this dentist office based on online reviews. I used to go to Mint for years, but Dr. Patel and the staff are amazing! From the time I booked my first appointment with the receptionist they have been nothing but accommodating from the beginning. I had asked if it was ok to bring my twin toddlers with me to my appointment. The staff was all so helpful, with helping me feel comfortable while having my kids with me. Going to the dentist can be stressful, the staff take the stress out. I can not recommend this place enough. I am truly happy with the service and staff at the location!!!

Came in to get an infected wisdom tooth extracted. I was very nervous, but Karina and Dr Patel made this extraction very quick and painless. I was in and out within 30 minutes!

Dr. Patel is fantastic, he always explains whats going on and makes me feel so comfortable! I moved out of the area recently, and he went out of his way to forward me the name of a new dentist he recommended. We will moss you Dr. Patel & team!!

I went to another dentist and she quoted me $1300 out of pocket after using my $1500 from insurance for my treatment. I read about Dr. Patel on fb and on google, He had all 5 star reviews. I booked an appointment with Dr. Patel, He spent almost 3 hrs on the treatment and my out of pocket cost was only $69. The reason I am sharing my experience is because I don’t want others to waste their money(as I was going to) and always get a second opinion from Dr. Patel or any other doctor for that matter.

This was an incredible experience. From the clean office and rooms, to the organized and cheerful staff, this is a great dental office! I have always struggled with going to the dentist my whole life and this has always been an easy visit- even with root canal treatments. I've had terrible front teeth for almost a decade and after just a few visits, I finally feel like I can smile in photos without embarrassment.

Dr Patel performed a very detailed examination and is very patient and the skills are professional. The interior was clean and the equipment is very good. Highly recommended.

Explained everything they did, why they were doing it, and no aggressive upselling. Dr. Patel is a great dentist. Emily was cool too.
