I was looking forward to visiting this clinic because of all the great reviews. Maybe the doctor is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady that answers the phone was so condescending and had a horrible attitude. Never in my life has someone made me feel so bad just for asking questions. Will not be giving my money to these people and I strongly encourage you to not spend your money at this place either.

Everything about my visit was top notch. Making an appointment was a breeze. The very nice lady at the reception made the entire process so simple and personalized. She took care of follow up appointments as well. Hard to find such good customer service. Dr. Alsaadi is very patient and keeps you relaxed and engaged during the procedure. He was thorough in his explanations and made me feel at ease. 5 stars all the way. The clinic is conveniently located right on MacArthur with plenty of parking available. Insurance thru Cigna is accepted - network doctor. My go-to dentist for sure!

Dr. Alsaadi hands down is THE BEST! I was a new patient today, and I can not begin to express how grateful I am to have found him!! He has an amazing bedside manner and a very calming disposition. I am always nervous about going to the dentist, but WOW I have never felt more relaxed and calm in a dental chair! He explained everything in detail and was so patient, he even personally called to check on me this evening. Outstanding, above and beyond care! The entire team is warm and friendly, and his assistant is fantastic! I just had to take a moment to say thank you and give kudos to he and his team! So happy I found this dental office, Dr. Alsaadi made my dental experience better than expected. I also took my daughter recently there and she has always had bad dental experiences but Dr. Alsaadi definitely changed her outlook on dentistry, he made everything so easy for her, was very patient, explained the process, and answered all her questions. His staff is also very nice, caring, and professional. They for sure have the best customer service and best dental care.

I did not have the same experience that some of his other patients have had. Found them on my insurance and thought I would give them a try, I like you came to read their reviews saw some negative ones but figured it was just those few. At first everything was fine got the appointment scheduled, received many calls regarding what my insurance could over. I was advised that we needed a panoramic X-ray, ok whatever my insurance cover is what I wanted. I was then told that doctor required it and we would have to pay out of pocket. Got a call back from them saying that my sons would be covered by my insurance but not mine. So he has his appointment back in December...4 months ago....they call me in March saying I have to pay for the X-rays for my son now. I had not received a bill from them just started receiving calls trying to collect. Now an invoice is in the mail for this X-ray. Going to the dentist is bad enough now I’m getting billed 4 months later...ridiculous. Hope you have a better experience than I did if you decide to use them.

I began seeing Dr. Alsaadi in June 2020 after my former dentist retired rather than re-open her practice after the Covid-19 shutdowns. I have been very impressed with his dental practice, from the initial visit for cleaning and exam throughout a subsequent reconstruction of an old bridge that failed. Dr. Alsaadi's staff is always polite, cheerful and extremely competent at what they do, and his own skills as a dentist are extraordinary. Beyond that, his always calm manner in which he teaches his staff continually throughout various procedures exemplifies, and is a typical character trait of, those who are truly gifted leaders and craftsmen. They take exceptional and consistent care every day to ensure the safety of their patients and the people who work there. If you are looking for a new dentist in the Valley Ranch, Coppell, Farmers Branch or Carrollton area, you owe it to yourself to give Dr. Alsaadi a call.

I was highly disappointed as they denied me service after running my insurance and making me stand outside to fill out the paperwork when no one else was inside. They denied me due to me having a Dr note saying that I didn't have to wear a face mask. The doctor said he couldn't do my root canal since I couldn't wear one and would refer to a specialist. The only positive thing is that although they denied me service, they did work with me with having to constantly change my appointments and after reading other reviews, I may add that no one was ever disrespectful and they would have been the most affordable. :(
