Very happy with my dental procedure. Dr Mitchell is very knowledgeable and very patient. His procedures left me relaxed and confident that my teeth are really back with a bang . Previous mistakes of former dentist have been rectified and my cleaning and fillings are done in professional way . Staffs are also equally good and caring .

After my previous Dentist retired, I saw a new dentist and had a horrible experience.... but Dr. Mitchell and his staff took me in with a temporary crown and were welcoming. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to previous! ❤️ Would recommend!

Dr. Mitchell has been my family’s dentist for many years. I wouldn’t trust another dentist to look at our teeth. The staff is wonderful. The dental hygienist have always been gentle and friendly. I believe he and his staff are the best in Irving. Please try him if you’re looking for a new dentist.

I went here because I had a dental emergency. I was skeptical because they got 5 star rating and usually no one ever gets 5 stars, but I’ll tell you they are so nice and professional. I highly recommend this place. They don't even try to up sale you. I had two crowns from them and I could not be happier. Better than most dentist I had before.

Unfortunately my husband and I didn’t get our prophy polishing during our cleaning. I’m not sure if the doctor is aware that his hygienists aren’t finishing the cleanings. My husband ask in his second appt for his deep cleaning and the front desk lady said they didn’t do it because his gums were sensitive. I have a cousin who’s a dental hygienist and she said they should’ve done the polishing. Also our insurance did cover it. I was just disappointed. Hopefully they change that because it’s not fair.

Dr Mitchell is a good guy. I have been going to him for over 20 years and he definitely takes care of any needs that I have. He makes sure that I get the attention that I need and only does what is necessary. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality dentist.

From the moment I made the phone call to this office, I knew this was a dentist that was going to take care of me, including the wonderful office staff. I was quite reserved and embarrassed to finally go and see Dr. Mitchell, but that wall came down as soon as his courtesy and professionalism began! I have been going to Dr. Mitchell's office since early 1990s' and I have been very pleased with the care and overall cleanliness of the office. Then since last year and Covid I have appreciated the office staff and the office preventative care for the patients and one can sense the utmost sanitation in the office. For the last 5 years or so, for my hygiene cleaning I have been seeing Selena, and I really like her precision and ultimate method to make sure My teeth are properly cleaned, and lots of encouraging, ( somewhat educating) regarding the need to flossing- which has let me to care for my teeth in this way ( flossing). I am an old generation, that has been building up this habit. Another thing I am also really thankful of my dental care in this office, is that when I speak with my family, sometimes their horror stories regarding their experiences with their dentist, not being warned or provided additional information, for them to make decisions to avoid more intense situations with their teeth, bones etc, now due to the lack of what I have mentioned, they have bone loss, and this is causing, anxiety I mention this because when I started going to Dr. Mitchell, he spoke to me about this possibility, ( bone loss- which he recommended, dental care not yearly but more frequently. Now more than 20 yrs later, I have good oral health. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, and for sure , I do recommend this office constantly to all who ask me for a dentist.
