I came here on a referral. My first time going to Incredible Dentistry was a very good experience. I was greeted by friendly staff to fill out minimal informs. I did not wait long before Dr Hoang came in to see me. I had cleaning and a crown procedure done. He took time to explained everything to me. Both procedures were painless and did not take long. Dr Hoang was very skilled and experienced. I would definitely come back for more regular visits in the future.

So disappointed. The atmosphere and office was good and the staff was nice, but after I was told I needed all of my fillings replaced and a deep cleaning (during my first (and last) visit my teeth were not even cleaned upon routine 6 month visits), which would have costed several hundred dollars. Although this office was convenient to my current address, I had a second look at the dentist I had been going to previously in my home town. No fillings needed to be replaced and no deep cleaning necessary. Feeling ripped off from "incredible dentistry" I called to have my X-rays transferred. $25 was the charge to have them transferred. My home town dentist told me to beware this may happen, and was unacceptable. Overall this was the worst dentist experience I have ever had. Nothing was incredible about this experience and I would recommend this dentistry to no one. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, unless you like to pay extra fees and have unnecessary work done!

Love the service, love the people in the office. Every time my cleaning is done it still surprises me how quick and painless it all was. The main thing that keeps me going back to Incredible Dentistry is that Dr Hoang is the one that has done the work, it was a great surprise to have the dentist doing the work. Other dentists Ive been to in DFW the assistant does everything and the doctor comes in to make sure it was done right. Not with Dr Hoang, the assistant (which she is great too) is there to assist him and they are a great team!
