Charity West- My experience has been amazing! I had a root canal, and the doctor took his time, he was gentle, charismatic and he made sure I was comfortable through the entire process . He made sure I didn’t have any infections because my root canal was deep and they even checked on me while I was in between treatments! That’s so rare! The entire staff is kind, patient and very friendly. Next step is my Invisalign treatment, and I am so excited. I found my new dentist , this is where I will be.! Thanks y’all!

Very respectful and human service. The Doctors tell you what you have, and they tell you everything you have. I went to another dentist before, and they want to take your money. But Family Dental helps you; also, the price and service, and quotes are unique and incomparable to others. I've called multiple times to speak to Raven. This last time I called she took her own message & still no call back. The doctor's are great but if you need help with insurance you get the run around. After telling you guys how I felt the doctor called me. I felt terrible that I was rating him on what I'm going through with Raven. So I changed my review. Now I see I should tell my truth. Billing is apart of the experience too. If you want people to think you treat them like family you should. Raven is obviously dodging me. I gave permission 2 months ago to leave any updates on my voice-mail if need be. If there is no progress call me keep me in the loop. I see that returning my call isn't on the list of things to do. New patients look elsewhere. I know I will be checking reviews looking for me another dentist. I prefer to spend my money where I am appreciated. From experience I see it's not here.
