I’ve been going to Jefferson’s Irving for years. This last visit they used a dentists who was not approved by my insurance with out telling be before the procedure was preformed. In one visit they maxed out my yearly allowance, had to pay $350 on the visit (which I agreed), but because the dentist was out of network I now have to pay an additional $900 out of pocket. This one visit they received $2,750 for a few fillings and a night guard. The general manager was supposed to call me but never did. Their Billing and collections department are bullies and extremely rude and not helpful. They blamed me that I should have asked if the dentist was in network. Something I never even asked of for the past 5 years I’ve gone to them and she refused to even help - basically told me that I owe this, is my responsibility and that I will be sent to collections.

As with my smile you can see that am very pleased with my outcome.. Staff and Dr.very pati9 and caring.They all went over and beyond for my well care and satisfaction.... The nu technology has made dentist fear a thang of tha ....past!!! Eye went in office and got All teeth removed...upper and lower... I had a bad experience at the Belt Line office with freezing air conditioning throughout the office and delayed service as the dentist never read my file before coming to tell me the procedure, she wasn't professional. The next I went back the Irving Blvd office and their office was comfortable but since I'm missing an artery an lower right leg my circulation isn't very good as my outer limbs are always cold, so I was able to keep my jacket on during the removal of my tooth, and I commend the lady dentist who performed very well in the removal of my tooth

I had a great experience with the doctor and also with the hygienist Viviana. Will definitely come back. Edit: 2 months later I’m receiving letters saying I owe a new balance? After I was told everything was paid for? I do not like these unpleasant surprises and I am not able to speak to a manager to solve this issue.

This dental office is a scam. They lost my dental guard and when I wanted a refund they were unprofessional and rude. The woman who deals with he refunds was beyond unprofessional. They owe me almost $200 and still are avoiding my calls. They transfer my calls to different offices and make it impossible to get a refund. This is a terrible establishment. The staff isn't friendly.

My appointment was for a check up, Vivianne was EXCEPTIONAL in cleaning my teeth. She was very informative and provided tips for at home teeth cleaning care so as Mary who was very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the fact that both took the time to listen to me, and assured me that my dental concerns will be addressed and corrected. The service and staff was absolutely fantastic and the doc had a sense of humor to make feel at ease. It was my first time at the Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics I was worried about paying a lot of pocket but it appeared to be lower than expected with my insurance for 8 cavities and whitening. When all done, I looked at the mirror I was ready to smile again like a 10 year old boy I couldn't be more happier visiting this office
