Customer service 10/10 only issue was was pressing that I needed a root canal & my old fillings “‘needed” to be replace… I didn’t think because I wasn’t in any severe pain at all or any pain at that. That raised a red flag when my ins also denied due to not medically necessary. Wanted almost 2k …went to get a second opinion & didn’t even have to pay half of that. Besides that everything was great just wanted as much $$$ as they could get I guess!

Staff and office very clean and friendly. My only concern is I went in for a cleaning and examine for a tooth in the back that I explained was cutting my jaw. When presented with a treatment plan they explained that I had two fillings fall out , I was also in need of a bridge and that two fillings at the bottom also were needed (never told my wisdom tooth was decaying and needed to be removed) so what do I do I scheduled to have the fillings replaced , well upon completion of the fillings which were $300+ with my insurance (not my complaint) I immediately acknowledged that my tooth was still scratching my jaw. Dr Ellis then informed me that she could file it down but it was decayed badly and it would have to be removed she explained that she would make a referral for that. My question is why was this decaying tooth not part of my treatment plan and if I explained it was cutting my jaw how it was a misunderstanding of which tooth was bothering me. I say all this to say don’t be me ask more questions possibly even get another opinion before just agreeing to what the dentist says is the fix . I have two new fillings but am still in discomfort do to me lack of asking questions I feel taken advantage of and it’s not a good feeling so you all be more mindful than me .

I was very apprehensive about visiting because I felt as if I had a mountain of work. Dr. Ellis and her staff were very nice and inviting. Dr. Ellis gave me all my options and told me not to worry, they would take care of me. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely LOVE Love You Smile! Dr. Ellis and her team are amazing. I have dental anxiety from a horrible experience elsewhere, so initially I was really leery. My first visit in Feb I was immediately put at ease. From the sign on the desk with my name on it, to tvs in the treatment rooms, to super welcoming staff. I had wisdom teeth issues and Dr. Ellis had me referred to an INCREDIBLE Oral and Maxillofacial practice by the end of my cleaning. I had to reschedule two of my later appointments and they were super accommodating and worked well with my schedule, which I really appreciate as I worried about them canceling them due to my unreliability. Dr. Ellis is always great, has a smile, and puts you at ease whenever you interact with her. She’s good at what she does and carries herself in a way that really encourages you. Mimi the hygienist I’ve had both time has been absolutely incredible and really makes sure you know what she’s doing each step of the way. She’s thorough but gentle, and her chairside manor is great! She’s so friendly and it felt really good to be remembered from months ago, even tho she surely sees tons of patients daily. The bonus is that this is a black owned business, so for a person of color to be able to come into a professional setting and still talk about things that real are to us and not feel judged is amazing. Thanks for the great work, the relaxing space, and for helping me love my smile!

This dentist office was recommended by a long-term colleague. I was impressed with the immediate confirmation of my requested appointment. Confirmation via text and a phone call the next day. Everything about my visit was second to none. The front desk staff were professional. The location and facility is very clean. I appreciate the level of technology incorporated into the initial process and checkin. Upon arrival, there was no wait. I was immediately taken to the room. Everyone introduced themselves and was engaging. I was most impressed by the large televisions in each room with access to most smart tv apps. During the procedure, the staff engaged in discussion which made me feel comfortable. To me, the work they do is more than just a job, it is what they love. I can appreciate how they really focused on my comfort and preferences for care. Dr. Ellis does a good job with just being another member of the team versus being the authoratative figure as the business owner and dentist. I watched how she spoke with her team with calmness and professionalism. I did not realize she was the dentist until she introduced herself as such. I asked a LOT of questions about the care plan and payments. Each person took the time to answer my questions with patience while being very imformative. THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!

Best dentist I have ever been too! I had an amazing experience for my annual cleaning and won’t go anywhere else now.

My sister recommended this dentistry to me last year, as I had not been to a dentist in a few years and was having tooth pain. I have been to this dentistry twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. I had a cleaning and a couple of fillings done where I was having the pain the first time I went, the second time was for a routine cleaning, and I will go back for the remaining fillings in the next week or so. Dr. Ellis and her team are very friendly and professional. As a cash patient, I found that their prices are reasonable, as well. Best of all, I have not had to wait at either appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr Ellis and her staff were so kind and welcoming. The best part was when she sat down with me ; and went through the plan of action on what needed to be done in my situation. Most dentists are on the go, and never take the time out to explain everything to their patients. They genuinely care, and must I say again, the customer service was perfect. I will definitely make them my permanent dentist.

From the moment I stepped in & was welcomed with my name on a letter board, to the conversations with the hygienist, to the in-depth explanations/showings from Dr. Ellis. My bridge was placed on top of a tooth with visible decay and a huge hole. I went back 3 time and she just kept reapplying the bridge. I had to finally go to another dentist for help. Upon first visit I had to get a route canal on the tooth. It has been almost 2 years and I am still dealing with the aftermath of the dental work she did because I had to wait for my dental coverage to reset for the year since I reached my max. Now waiting for 2022 so they can redo the filling that she did also. There was no apology or responsibility taken during this time, but luckily my dental provider did the investigation and ruled in my favor.

Horrible experience. Went in for fillings. Walked out with 3 different textures in my mouth, can’t even floss between the fillings that were put in due to poor workmanship, she put a filling on top of a whole cavity. I had to ask her to file it down numerous times because my bite was off. She would file off just a little bit because she knew she put a bunch of filling in there thinking that was going to cover the problem. Best analogy I can think of is : She essentially placed a bandaid on a wound that required stitches. I can’t even chew on my right side due to the filling shifting and it started shifting immediately after leaving the office. I have to get a crown and root canal now due to the poor workmanship and incompetence. Also they billed for and used up all my dental benefits AFTER I asked for my patient documents be sent to a different dentist yet they ensured me and went over the billing with me very throughly before they started the work and told me I would have additional benefits left because they were supposed to do additional work on the other side. Then they had the nerve to call me to confirm my appointment for the additional work. They removed all my access in the patient portal as well. If you weren’t able to do the job, all you had to do was say that. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get my feelings done correctly. This dentist is only able to handle basic cleanings. I should’ve known not to go here when I saw not a single pic of any fillings she’s ever done. 2 of the fillings were on my front teeth and I don’t even smile now. So love your smile dentistry is a joke. I absolutely hate my smile now thanks to Dr Ellis! She will never get near my mouth again. What a sham. BEWARE! You have been warned! Update: now they’re saying I was never a patient instead of asking for my name or anything. What a sham. I tried to support a black female dentist and it is my biggest regret to this day. I hope this office gets shut down. Dr Ellis, you SUCK!

I was trying to come to this dentist office as a new patient. Made my appointment online and filled out all of the paperwork that they email you, I read about the no show fees and cancellation policy. I confirmed the appointment via text and was excited to find a dentist with Saturday appointments due to my work schedule. However, when I was contact by the office personnel to confirm my appointment, they then requested my credit/debit card information to “hold” my appointment because it was a Saturday visit and they don’t take walk ins on Saturday. Never in my life have I had to do that for any health care service provider and I won’t start now. I questioned and just cancelled my appointment. The person I spoke was more so like bye. Seemed very unorthodox.
